Since its introduction in September 2022, the first million-dollar supercar, Pagani Utopia, has been officially delivered to customers.
Pagani Utopia is the successor to the legendary “wind god” Huayra hypercar model introduced by the brand.
The name Utopia is derived from Thomas More’s famous philosophical book, published in 1916, which envisions an ideal society in the future. In English, Utopia means “Heaven on Earth”.
This supercar is limited to only 99 units worldwide, and all of them have been claimed.
The first Pagani Utopia features a distinct dark blue exterior with white accents on the hood and body.
Pagani Utopia showcases a minimalist yet modern style. The aerodynamic elements are subtly designed to maintain the impressive body lines. One of the highlights of Utopia is its unique scissor door design, allowing the doors to detach from the body and rotate upwards on the main axis.
The rear of the car exudes a classic yet sporty look. The prominent feature is the giant elliptical-shaped spoiler. The taillight cluster draws inspiration from airplane engine turbines.
This high-performance supercar sports multi-spoke wheels, with 21 inches at the front and 22 inches at the rear. The wheels are complemented by silver-tone brake calipers.
Inside, the cabin of Pagani Utopia presents a classic design with a series of buttons and chrome-plated needle gauges. The central screen has been removed, leaving only a single screen between the mechanical speedometer and tachometer. The sports seats embrace a 1960s style, providing optimal comfort for the driver. The headrest is embroidered with the abbreviation of Horacio Pagani, the founder of the brand.
This million-dollar supercar is equipped with a 6.0-liter AMG V-12 twin-turbo engine, generating 864 horsepower and a maximum torque of 1,100 Nm. The engine is paired with either a 7-speed sequential gearbox or a 7-speed manual gearbox.
The official selling price of Utopia has not been disclosed by the brand. However, according to rumors, the starting price of the car is estimated to be around 2.19 million USD (approximately 53.6 billion VND), nearly double the price of the Huayra, which is priced at 1.3 million USD (approximately 29.9 billion VND).
