Based on the design sketch, it is evident that the front of the car is expected to draw design inspiration from the Peugeot 408 model. The new Peugeot 3008 will share similarities with the Peugeot 408 in terms of the grille and headlights. With this design approach, the headlights of the new 3008 will have a sleeker appearance compared to its previous version.

Earlier, Peugeot released official images showcasing the interior of the new 3008. The highlight of the cabin is a new 21-inch curved screen that seamlessly combines the instrument cluster and infotainment screen, accompanied by LED lights below, creating an impressive “floating” effect.
The screen is angled towards the driver and displays crucial information needed while driving. Furthermore, from the images, it appears that the steering wheel no longer obstructs the view of the new screen.
The center of the dashboard also features an intriguing component called i-Toggles. This fully customizable control panel allows users to determine which functions are displayed, such as air conditioning control, navigation, and FM radio.
In addition, the cockpit appears more organized as the conventional gear lever has been replaced with PRND buttons on the right side of the start/stop button on the control panel.
Meanwhile, Peugeot mentioned that the size of the steering wheel remains the same as the current model. It possesses touch-sensitive controls and is expected to offer improved performance compared to some other models.
The new generation Peugeot 3008 is set to be officially launched in September this year. This French brand SUV is expected to be available with a range of hybridized internal combustion engines. Additionally, an all-electric version of the car will also be offered.
