Exciting Updates in the 2024 Honda Passport

Honda just launched the 2024 edition of their Passport model, with some exciting upgrades specifically tailored for the Trailsport version, aimed at enhancing its off-road capabilities.

The Passport Trailsport variant was introduced in 2022 and stands out with its unique front bumper, faux skid plate, black trim accents, and orange Trailsport badges. However, the difference with the regular Passports is mainly aesthetic, as it retains the same 210 mm ground clearance for off-road capability.

In 2024, Honda has not transformed the Trailsport into a fully-fledged off-roader, but the new model promises to conquer challenging terrains with the General Grabber A/Tx tires wrapped around 18-inch wheels and a bespoke suspension system with an anti-roll bar.

The Trailsport is the only Honda Passport model available in the new Diffused Sky Blue exterior color, with orange accents inside. For those seeking off-road adventures, an optional genuine skid plate can be added for additional underbody protection.

Alongside the Trailsport variant, Honda has also made several updates to other Passport models. These updates include a larger center console with an extendable armrest and storage compartment.

Furthermore, a new range-topping Black Edition has been introduced. This edition features black accents on the grille, headlights, door handles, 20-inch wheels, and window trim.

In addition, users will enjoy ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, and red stitching on the black upholstery.

Powering the 2024 Honda Passport is still the 3.5L V6 engine producing 280 horsepower, similar to its predecessor. The pricing for the 2024 Passport is yet to be revealed, but it is expected to be slightly higher than the previous model’s starting price of $42,475.
