The Excellent Customer Experience Contest 2023 combined four categories: “Outstanding Customer Relations Employee”, “Outstanding Chief Technician”, “Outstanding Technician”, and “Outstanding Parts Employee”.
Starting from June 2023, going through the preliminary theoretical rounds and Round 2, the Contest has attracted thousands of Customer Relations employees, Chief Technicians (CTT), Technicians (KT), and Parts employees attending.
On November 2, 2023, the top 10 employees in each category participated in the Finals of the Excellent Customer Experience Contest 2023. This round consisted of multiple tests such as theory, problem-solving skills, and practical applications.
After a fierce competition, the Finals of the Contest found the most outstanding individuals for the 4 categories within the HEAD system:
