On October 06, 2023, Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam (HTV) officially announced a special sales program for Hyundai Tucson and Santa Fe.

Accordingly, Hyundai will adjust the selling price of Tucson and Santa Fe. These two models will now have new recommended prices of 769 million VND and Santa Fe 969 million VND (including VAT).

In 2023, both the global and Vietnamese economies have experienced significant fluctuations. While the Covid-19 pandemic has been left behind, its impact remains evident in the national economy, with the automobile industry being no exception.

The government has implemented a policy of reducing registration fees by 50% for domestically manufactured and assembled vehicles, aiming to optimize the costs of vehicle purchases for the public. This policy also serves as a stimulus for the market and a support for domestic automobile manufacturing and assembly units.

In line with the government’s strategy to develop the automobile industry and provide consumers with high-quality, modern vehicles to meet their travel needs and contribute to economic growth, Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam has officially announced the new recommended retail prices for its two leading SUV models: Hyundai Tucson and Santa Fe. The specific retail prices, including VAT, are as follows:

A representative from Hyundai Thanh Cong stated: “Hyundai always strives to offer the latest products and advanced technology at the most favorable prices for our customers. To achieve these adjusted prices, we have optimized our operations, from production to distribution. Moreover, our partner, Hyundai Motor, has provided substantial support in terms of input costs and components. We hope that more customers will have the opportunity to own and experience the top-class Hyundai products manufactured in Vietnam.”

Hyundai Tucson and Santa Fe are two premium SUV models by Hyundai, built on the global N3 Platform and equipped with the leading safety and operational technologies of Hyundai Motor. Notably, Hyundai Thanh Cong has overcome the previous component shortage situation, ensuring a stable supply of products to consumers.

The current generation of Hyundai Santa Fe is an upgraded version of the 4th generation, introduced in Vietnam in May 2021. The car features a more muscular design with a trapezoidal chrome grille. Its T-Shaped Daytime Running Light (DRL) adds a touch of luxury to the vehicle. Santa Fe offers two engine options: the SmartStream 2.5L gasoline engine and the SmartStream 2.2L diesel engine, both paired with an 8-speed wet-type dual-clutch transmission option. The car is also equipped with the HTRAC all-wheel-drive system and Hyundai SmartSense active safety system.

The current generation of Hyundai Tucson, belonging to the 4th generation, was introduced in Vietnam in December 2021. The car showcases the distinctive Parametric Dynamic design, with hidden signature lights integrated into the radiator grille. Hyundai Tucson offers three engine options: 2.0L Smartstream, 2.0L Diesel SmartStream, and 1.6L Turbo SmartStream. It is equipped with the HTRAC all-wheel-drive system and Hyundai SmartSense active safety system.
