Hyundai Motor America is keeping the information about these two models under wraps, but they are being described as a “dynamic duo” with a more daring and modern appearance and the most advanced technological enhancements.

Although the details are scarce, the Sonata facelift was expected to be revealed at the Seoul Mobility Show earlier this year. This suggests that the new design will address the controversial look of the current model and feature a Sensuous Sportiness design.

The front end has undergone a complete redesign, with the addition of Seamless Horizon Lamp daytime running lights positioned above the wide radiator grille and low-set headlights. The rear has also been enhanced and now showcases newly designed H-shaped taillights that highlight the Sonata’s spacious and high-tech nature.

For buyers looking for a sportier option, the Sonata N Line offers a unique grille and special 19-inch alloy wheels. The interior upgrades continue with contrasting red stitching and metallic cross pattern decoration.

Inside the 2024 Sonata, you can expect a higher-quality cabin with a more premium design. Highlights include a new large display with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 12.3-inch infotainment system. The car also features a 12-inch head-up display and an upgraded and enhanced Bose 12-speaker audio system.

Similar to the Sonata, the 2024 Elantra will not have any major surprises as this model has already been introduced in China and South Korea. The facelift version of the sedan includes fewer changes, such as a slimmer front grille, a sportier front bumper, and new headlights. There are also some relatively minor interior upgrades.

More detailed information about Hyundai’s new models for the US market will be announced next week.
