Before the start of Race 1 in the AP250 category, heavy rain forced the teams to switch to tires designed for slippery roads. This posed a significant challenge as racing on wet roads, especially on a track with numerous high slopes and difficult turns, is not easy.
Cao Vi?t Nam showcased his exceptional driving skills on slippery roads as he finished 11th in Race 1 of Stage 3 in ARRC 2022.
However, challenges are also opportunities if you know how to seize them, and Cao Vi?t Nam excelled in this regard. Right from the first corner, Honda Racing Vietnam’s #65 rider overtook several competitors and secured the 8th position. The “crazy man” managed to maintain his position until he fell off in lap 2. Undeterred, he quickly got back on his feet and continued racing, showcasing his courage and skill. Despite dropping to 14th place, Cao Vi?t Nam persevered and finished 8th, which is truly commendable.

Despite the fall, Cao Vi?t Nam immediately got back on his feet and continued racing, ultimately finishing in the 11th position.
When asked about his motivation to get back up and keep going, Cao Vi?t Nam said, “When the rain started, I saw it as an opportunity to compete for the top position because I have experience handling slippery conditions. And even after the fall, the drive and determination inside me persisted because I knew I still had the ability to score. Although I didn’t make it into the top 10, I am satisfied with today’s performance.”
With the 5 points earned in Race 1, Cao Vi?t Nam now has a total of 31 points in the AP250 category of the ARRC 2022 season.
Race 2 of the AP250 category will take place tomorrow at 12:00 noon. Let’s follow and cheer for rider Cao Vi?t Nam and the Honda Racing Vietnam team!
