Priced at around 350 million VND, which is quite competitive in the 300-400cc imported scooter segment, the BMW C400GT is a truly appealing choice. It boasts the reputable German logo, unique design, excellent finish quality, and a distinctive riding experience.

Firstly, let’s take a look at the Vietnamese market in the 300-400cc scooter segment: The Forza 300 is currently being offered by private import units for 345 million VND. Honda Thailand has also recently launched the 2023 model Forza 350 in early October.

Piaggio, with the advantage of local assembly, offers a highly competitive price of only 155 million VND for its top-of-the-line scooter model, the Vespa GTS 300. The officially-imported version of this Italian scooter model is much more expensive and is only available in limited quantities through pre-orders.

The new 2022 version of the Honda SH 350i is priced at less than 150 million VND, thanks to local assembly. Additionally, models like the Yamaha XMax 300 or Suzuki Burgman 400 are quite uncommon on the streets.

Therefore, the BMW C400 GT’s listed price of less than 350 million VND is very reasonable compared to the overall level in this segment. Moreover, the C400 GT boasts the reputable German logo, unique design, excellent finish quality, and a distinctive riding experience.

The front design of the BMW C400 GT is large in size with sharp, thick, and layered lines stacked on top of each other, giving it a sporty, modern, and masculine look. The windscreen is large and slightly curved, minimizing the impact of wind on the driver’s chest and reducing fatigue during long tours.

The double LED headlights feature 4 clear-edged hexagonal light projection cups, inspired by the “soulful eyes” on BMW’s four-wheeled siblings. Additionally, the C400 GT is equipped with daytime running lights, enhancing safety in all conditions.

The front suspension system uses telescopic forks at the front and coil springs at the rear wheel, providing an extremely solid experience for a scooter model, whether in the city or on the open road.

In line with the front design, the bodywork of the BMW C400 GT also features layered, sharp lines and multiple colors, giving it a strong and masculine feel.

The rear light cluster is designed in a very “Western” style with a square and strong language. Additional optional equipment includes an anti-fall frame, larger windscreen, lower seat, heated seat and handlebars, anti-theft system, and many other accessories.

The German scooter is equipped with a double disc brake system at the front wheel, similar to its larger displacement siblings in the BMW Motorrad family. The front brake disc, with a diameter of 265 mm, comes with a 4-piston caliper with a diameter of 28mm. The rear wheel uses a single disc brake with a diameter of 265mm and a 1-piston caliper with a diameter of 32mm.

Equipped with a 2-channel ABS for both the front and rear wheels and the ASC traction control feature, the BMW C400 GT continuously monitors and controls the speed of rotation of the wheels to prevent wheel slip, helping the vehicle maintain balance and increase road grip, especially in rainy and slippery conditions.

The BMW C400 GT is also equipped with Ride by Wire electronic throttle, offering smooth operation even at low speeds, without any jerking like scooters that use mechanical throttle cables.

Another notable feature of the BMW C400 GT scooter is the Connectivity intelligent connection system, combined with a 6.5-inch color TFT screen. The familiar Multi-Controller rotary knob is also present on the C400 GT, allowing seamless connection with phones and Bluetooth headsets for both riders and passengers.

Passengers can easily adjust music, make and receive phone calls, use navigation maps, and monitor all vehicle parameters with just one finger operation, providing convenience and safety.

In addition, the BMW C400 GT comes with the Keyless Ride smart key system, allowing passengers to easily start the engine, lock the handlebars, and control the seat and gas tank lid conveniently, as well as ensure the security of their assets.

The handlebars are set at a high position, extending wide to both sides, while the seat is wide and relatively low at 775mm, with a thick side cushion that offers excellent foot support and promotes a straight sitting and driving posture, minimizing fatigue for passengers.

One more interesting detail on the BMW C400 GT is the Flexcase storage compartment, which has an exclusive design from BMW Motorrad. It can expand when parking and can easily accommodate up to 1 ¾ helmet and 1 full-face helmet, while still having extra space. There is also a load-bearing hook, a unique feature that is rare among scooters. Two small storage compartments at the front also integrate a 12V charging port.

According to information from the German manufacturer, the 350cc engine of the BMW C400 GT is designed and manufactured exclusively for this model. It delivers a maximum power of up to 34 horsepower and a torque of 35Nm, enabling a top speed of up to 139 km/h. Additionally, the vehicle has a fuel consumption of only 3.5 L/100 km according to the international WMTC standard and complies with the latest Euro 5 emission standard.

The scooter is available in three color options, and it comes with a 3-year official warranty with no mileage limitations.
