Daewoo Matiz is a city car that has been produced by GM Daewoo since 1998. In the past, Daewoo Matiz was a popular model among Vietnamese people, especially as a taxi. Currently, it has been gradually replaced by other names such as Kia Morning or Hyundai Grand i10.
However, it may surprise you that Daewoo Matiz has been transformed into a pickup truck.
It is known that this transformation was done by Russian mechanics who found Daewoo Matiz suitable for the pickup truck style.

From the images, it can be seen that the roof and trunk door of the Daewoo Matiz have been removed. Russian mechanics fabricated a rear cargo door for the Daewoo Matiz, giving it the appearance of a real pickup truck.

From the front, the Daewoo Matiz pickup truck is impressive with its completely new Projector headlights. The car’s ceiling has a new satin black paint coat, and it is painted in a bright neon yellow color.

It is currently unclear whether the Daewoo Matiz pickup truck has undergone any changes in its engine. Previously, the original Daewoo Matiz only used a modest 0.8-liter petrol engine.
The cost of transforming the Daewoo Matiz into a pickup truck has not been announced yet.
