According to my findings, the Mitsubishi Xforce right-hand drive test drive clips in Indonesia were shared on social networks by Mitsubishi Vietnam sales staff. These individuals are the first Vietnamese to experience and evaluate the driving capabilities of the right-hand drive Xforce, which is said to have the same configuration as the model that will be sold in Vietnam.
Previously, many Vietnamese journalists and experts had the opportunity to test drive the Mitsubishi Xforce after its global launch event in Indonesia in early August 2023. However, they tested the left-hand drive version and had limited driving time of 3-5 minutes.

Based on the clips shared on social networks, it is evident that Mitsubishi salespeople have highly positive evaluations of the Xforce’s driving performance. Salespeople assess its acceleration abilities on straight roads, cornering, and slalom driving.
“The car accelerates very smoothly, with minimal throttle delay. The cornering experience feels very solid,” is a common remark among individuals who have tested the right-hand drive Mitsubishi Xforce.

The Mitsubishi Xforce is equipped with a 1.5L, 4-cylinder engine that produces a maximum power of 105 PS and a maximum torque of 141 Nm. It features a CVT transmission and front-wheel drive. Four driving modes (Normal Road, Slippery Road, Gravel Road, Muddy Road) allow drivers to adapt to different road conditions, ensuring powerful and safe operations. The Xforce is also equipped with Active Yaw Control (AYC) that manages traction between the left and right wheels, optimizing handling and road grip while controlling wheel slip, engine power, and power steering assist.
The Slippery Road mode is a new feature aimed at enhancing stability when driving on slippery or flooded roads, reducing the risk of losing control and providing drivers with peace of mind.
Preview of the exterior design of the Mitsubishi Xforce to be sold in Vietnam
Leaked sources suggest that the Mitsubishi Xforce model sold in Vietnam will be equipped with ADAS features and other outstanding features announced in Indonesia. According to information from certain dealers, the Xforce is expected to be launched in Vietnam in December of this year, with sales commencing in early 2024.
Currently, customers can pre-order the Mitsubishi Xforce in Vietnam and enjoy attractive incentives. Those who place a deposit from September 1st to November 30th this year will receive free maintenance for 2 years or 40,000 km (whichever comes first) and an additional 1,000 loyalty points on the Mitsubishi Connect+ application.
