Autorounders, a car customization company in Mumbai, India, has completely transformed the first-generation Toyota Fortuner into a luxurious Lexus.

The ladder frame SUV may be considered outdated, which is why the owner desired to change the appearance of their trusted companion.

Specifically, Autorounders’ Facebook page showcased before and after photos of the white first-generation (2004 – 2015) Toyota Fortuner makeover. Upon comparing the two images, viewers were left in awe of Autorounders’ exceptional transformation skills.

The front of the car now boasts the distinguishing Lexus spindle grille, faux air vents, new headlights, and an extended hood. The car’s side remains unchanged, though its color has been altered to a pearl white hue, complemented by gray alloy wheels.

The car’s rear has been upgraded with LED taillights, a roof spoiler, a thick chrome strip connecting the two lights, and a sportier rear bumper.

The interior has also undergone a significant revamp, featuring white leather seats adorned with modern patterns. Additionally, the steering wheel has been upgraded to the second-generation Fortuner type. Furthermore, an infotainment screen has been installed behind the front seats, equipped with the latest Android software update and a 360-degree camera for seamless observation.

While the company did not disclose the cost of the car makeover, they assured potential customers that owning such a modified car is not prohibitively expensive. Nowadays, transforming old cars into new ones has become a common practice in many countries across the globe.
