Toyota Innova Cross officially launched in Vietnam
The Innova Cross showcases a completely new and captivating exterior design. Its interior space is now more luxurious and no longer limited by its “service car” label. Noteworthy features of this vehicle include an automatic air conditioning system, electronic parking brake, and power tailgate. In particular, the Hybrid version comes equipped with a sunroof and second-row business-class seats, providing optimal comfort.
The Innova Cross is developed on the TNGA chassis and offers two engine options: Petrol or Hybrid with a new high-capacity battery generation. The Petrol version is equipped with a 2.0L engine that delivers a maximum power of 172 horsepower and a maximum torque of 205 Nm, combined with a Direct Shift CVT continuously variable transmission. The Hybrid version combines a 150-horsepower petrol engine with a 111-horsepower electric motor and features a pure electric driving mode, along with a continuous variable CVT transmission. Additionally, the HEV version utilizes a compact and lightweight 5th-generation Hybrid battery system, which is smaller yet generates higher power.
One of the key highlights of the new Innova Cross lies in its modern safety equipment, which includes features such as a tire pressure warning system, blind spot warning (BSM), rear cross-traffic alert (RCTA), 360-degree camera, and Toyota’s active safety technology package (TSS).
