VinFast Trading & Services Company Limited has officially introduced the 24/7 Electric Car Battery Rescue Service to ensure maximum convenience for its customers. For just 300,000 dong per session, which includes a charge and rescue that lasts up to 15 minutes, your vehicle will have enough power to travel approximately 30 km (for VF e34 cars).

The 24/7 Electric Car Battery Rescue Service is being launched by VinFast alongside the Mobile Service Roadside Assistance and the existing 24/7 Assistance Policy. This new service is designed to help customers in situations where their car runs out of battery on the road and is far from any charging locations. The technical team from VinFast will come directly to your location, provide on-site charging solutions, and assist in recharging your vehicle so that you can move to a suitable public charging location.

VinFast offers this battery rescue service for a fee of “3 No” (No depreciation cost, No financial cost, No profit), which amounts to 300,000 dong per charge. Customers have the option to charge multiple times according to their specific needs.

In the initial phase, the 24/7 Electric Car Battery Rescue Service will be available in Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, and neighboring provinces within a 100 km radius of these cities.

To make use of the 24/7 Electric Car Battery Rescue Service effectively and safely, certain minimum requirements must be met at your vehicle’s location. These requirements include allowing access and parking for the battery rescue vehicle, having a terrain that is convenient for rescue operations, and ensuring safety measures for both labor and traffic. Based on your vehicle’s location and the prevailing traffic conditions, VinFast’s battery rescue vehicle will arrive as quickly as possible to provide timely assistance.

Mr. Hoang Chi Trung, the CEO of VinFast Trading Vietnam, stated, “In addition to our mobile charging solutions and public charging stations, VinFast is now introducing the 24/7 Electric Car Battery Rescue Service to ensure customer satisfaction, peace of mind, and trust in the quality of VinFast’s services throughout every journey. This is a strong testament to our customer-centric approach and a long-term commitment to providing the highest standard of products and after-sales services to our customers.”

Customers can contact VinFast’s customer service hotline at 1900.23.23.89 at any time of the day, including weekends and holidays, to request the battery rescue service. Starting from June 2022, customers will also be able to request this service through the VinFast application.
