For the first time in the Vietnam Motorcycle Racing Championship, a female racer emerged victorious in Stage 2. This achievement added more excitement to the competition.
Just like in Stage 1, the “Kid Training Mini Race” and the “Gymkhana” contest continue to be crowd favorites, attracting a large number of fans.

Meanwhile, the “Gymkhana” contest provides the audience with an opportunity to witness professional motorcycle models, thereby increasing their awareness of professional and legal races. In Stage 2, the “Gymkhana” contest is guided by Cao Viet Nam, a racer from the Honda Racing Vietnam team who won the championship in the Thailand Talent Cup 2019. Currently, Cao Viet Nam is competing in the AP250 category of the Asian Motorcycle Racing Championship 2022.

CBR150R Category
The CBR150R category proved to be the most fiercely competitive category in VMRC 2022, with racers constantly challenging and closely competing with each other. After 12 laps, Nguyen Hoang Dang Khoa (number 17) secured the 1st place. Nguyen Vu Thanh (number 61) and Nguyen Ton Anh Phu (number 10) secured the 2nd and 3rd positions, respectively.
UB 150 Category
Lastly, let’s talk about the UB 150 category. As previously mentioned, the organizing committee upgraded the UB 130 category to UB 150 in order to keep up with the technological trends of major races in the region.
This category always delivers intense and dramatic competitions, not only among the racers but also among the clubs. In the end, Le Hung Huu Tin (number 11) secured the 1st position. Meanwhile, Le Phung (number 13) and Le Hoang Phi Phung (number 26) secured the 2nd and 3rd positions, respectively.
Thus, all 5 racers on the top podium of each category are new names. This demonstrates the allure of VMRC 2022. Stage 2 concludes with many surprises, and we look forward to seeing you again in Stage 3, scheduled to take place in October.
