The Hanoi Railway Company has recently introduced the SE19/SE20 deluxe train on the Hanoi – Danang route to cater to the growing demand of both local and international tourists for high-quality transportation services.
The SE19/SE20 train consists of 28 upgraded cars that have been enhanced in terms of comfort, including seating arrangement, bedding, and restroom facilities, ensuring a pleasant experience for passengers throughout their journey.
The sleeping area on the train has been furnished with new blankets, sheets, and pillows, and the interior has been redesigned to create a modern and cozy ambiance. The air conditioning system is equipped with adjustable vents, enabling passengers to adjust the temperature according to their preferences.
The dining area has also been revamped to provide a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience for passengers while they appreciate the picturesque scenery outside.
To enhance passenger convenience, additional hot water facilities have been installed in the restrooms.
Moreover, the train is equipped with advanced technology to eliminate odors from waste containers, offering a clean and luxurious environment comparable to that of a hotel.
Apart from upgrading the facilities, the company has also taken great care in selecting and providing distinct uniforms for the train crew. Whether it is the train conductor or the service staff, they are required to be well-experienced, presentable, and possess excellent communication skills, particularly in English.
Furthermore, there are dedicated cleaning staff onboard who are responsible for keeping the restrooms and washing areas clean. In the absence of the cleaning staff, the train attendants undertake the responsibility of cleaning the cars, passenger areas, aisles, and even the restrooms.
To cater to regional preferences, passengers can make special requests for local products through digital means, such as scanning the QR code using their smartphones.
Regarding ticket prices, the railway industry will maintain the existing pricing structure. Specifically, the highest ticket price on weekdays will be 943,000 VND and on weekends, it will be 1,046 million VND.
