A classic motorcycle model makes a comeback in Vietnam after years of being absent.

After a period of absence, the SYM Husky Classic 125, a vintage-style manual motorcycle, has made its return to the Vietnamese market. However, this time, it comes with a slight price increase of a few million dong compared to its previous availability.

Ever since its initial launch, the SYM Husky Classic 125 has garnered attention in the classic bike community. Its design effortlessly combines classic beauty with modern details, making it a timeless standout.

In its current iteration, the SYM Husky Classic 125 is only available in one variant, with two color options: black and white. It is priced at VND 33.9 million. Previously, when it first entered the Vietnamese market, the bike was priced at VND 31.9 million.

The Husky 125 Classic is a popular choice among classic motorcycle enthusiasts. Designed to rival the original UJM-style models, this bike features a single steel tube frame and an engine block, creating a simple yet sturdy structure.

With dimensions measuring 1,910 x 775 x 1,055 mm (length x width x height), a wheelbase of 1,210 mm, and a seat height of 775 mm, the Husky 125 Classic offers a comfortable riding experience. The bike weighs 118.5 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 12.5 liters. Its front disc brake measures 240 mm, while the rear brake is a drum brake. The bike is equipped with a hydraulic front suspension and a coil spring rear suspension.

The bike is equipped with 17-inch spoked wheels, with front and rear tires measuring 70/90 and 120/90 respectively. The instrument cluster features three small round gauges arranged in a triangle shape, boasting a minimalist design. Additionally, the Husky 125 Classic showcases elegant design details such as the front and rear lights, rearview mirrors, and exhaust system.

Unfortunately, the Vietnamese market has yet to be equipped with electronic fuel injection for the Husky 125 Classic. The bike is powered by a single-cylinder, upright engine with a displacement of 124.6 cc. It features a 5-speed transmission, air-cooling, a power output of 12 horsepower at 9,500 rpm, and a torque of 9 Nm at 7,000 rpm. According to SYM’s official announcement, this bike has a fuel consumption rate of 2 liters/100 km (tested at a speed of 40 km/h).
