In 2020, Ferrari’s racing team participated in the 1,000th Formula 1 World Championship, and their F1 race car was named SF1000. The Ferrari SF1000 race car has seen significant technological improvements compared to the SF90 used by the team in the 2019 season. The focus of these upgrades was on enhancing the suspension system to improve durability.

Furthermore, the car’s engine has also undergone improvements to comply with the race’s technical regulations, which mandate fuel usage limitations for participating teams.

With Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc at the helm, the SF1000 will spearhead the Ferrari racing team’s pursuit of the championship in the 2020 season. The new F1 race car, the Ferrari SF1000, will make its official debut on track during the testing session at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya (Spain) on February 19, 2020.

The 2020 F1 World Championship will feature 22 races held worldwide, with the first race scheduled to take place in Australia on March 15. Notably, this season will mark the inaugural F1 race in Vietnam on April 5, providing racing enthusiasts with the opportunity to witness the Ferrari SF1000 race car and legendary Ferrari F1 drivers compete against their rivals on the Hanoi F1 race track.
