The World Motorcycle Technician Competition, organized by Honda Motor, was held on October 7-8, 2023 in Tokyo, Japan. This was the inaugural edition of the competition and saw participation from over 89,000 technicians from around the globe. The event brought together outstanding technicians from 5 regions, namely Japan, Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa, and the Middle East.

The competition covered various aspects such as knowledge about Honda motorcycles, maintenance techniques, repair techniques, and diagnostic techniques. Despite competing with 10 experienced contestants from around the world on the Cub 110cc bike, a product not available in the Vietnamese market, the Vietnamese technicians showcased their courage, confidence, knowledge, and skills.
