Hyundai Grand i10X, the SUV version of the “affordable” Grand i10 model, was initially introduced to the Indonesian market in June 2015. Hyundai has recently launched an upgraded version of the Grand i10X to match the 2017 Grand i10. Showcased at the GIIAS 2017 exhibition, Hyundai unveiled the upgraded Grand i10X to Indonesian customers.

Similar to the 2017 Grand i10, the upgraded Hyundai Grand i10X features a new “waterfall flow” grille, round fog lights, and LED daytime running lights on the front bumper.

There is also a black space on the doors for an aesthetic touch. The rear boasts a two-tone bumper, round reflector lights, and an integrated third brake light on the rear spoiler.

The upgraded Hyundai Grand i10X has a few differences from the 2017 Grand i10, notably the black bumper with faux skid plate details. The addition of red stripes on the front and sides further enhances the car’s appearance.

Furthermore, the 2017 Hyundai Grand i10X is fitted with black wheel arches and faux chrome exhaust pipes on the rear bumper. Similar to the front, the rear also features faux skid plate details, giving the 2017 Hyundai Grand i10X the look of an SUV.

The Hyundai Grand i10X 2017 stands out with its two-tone alloy wheels, measuring 14 inches in diameter, setting it apart from the new Grand i10.

The basic dimensions of the Hyundai Grand i10X 2017 include an overall length of 3,765 mm, width of 1,660 mm, height of 1,655 mm, and a wheelbase length of 2,425 mm. Moreover, the ground clearance is 167 mm, slightly higher than the 2017 Hyundai Grand i10.

The interior of the Hyundai Grand i10X 2017 remains the same as the new Grand i10. It sports a two-tone beige-black dashboard and seats, a standard steering wheel, manual air conditioning, a 2 DIN audio system, and rear seat air vents.

In the Indonesian market, the Hyundai Grand i10X 2017 is powered by a 1.25-liter Kappa petrol engine, delivering a maximum power of 87 horsepower and a peak torque of 119 Nm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic transmission.

The starting price of the Hyundai Grand i10X 2017 in Indonesia is 170 million Rupiah, equivalent to 289 million Dong.
