Skyworth Skyhome features a modern and luxurious exterior design, while its interior resembles the business class cabin of an airplane. Not only that, this electric sedan model also boasts impressive performance with a total power of up to 617 horsepower.

Skywell, a giant in the Chinese electronics industry, recently introduced a brand new all-electric sedan called Skyhome. However, Skyworth Skyhome is currently only a concept car. According to Chinese media, this concept model is about 90% similar to the commercial version that will be produced in 2024. The price of this electric sedan is approximately 220,000 – 250,000 CNY (~745 – 847 million VND).

Currently, there are numerous electric car models from Chinese brands on the market, which poses a challenge for manufacturers to create unique features for their products. Skywell is no exception.

Accordingly, Skyworth Skyhome sports a round and smooth minimalist design, standing out from the modern models dominating the current market with their sharp edges and straight lines. The front of the car consists mostly of soft flowing curves. Skyworth Skyhome is equipped with LED headlights featuring a horizontally placed daytime running LED strip. Below that is an air vent adorned with strips of lights evoking images of a fish.

Moreover, instead of conventional rearview mirrors found on regular models, Skyworth Skyhome features technical cameras, giving the sedan a more fashionable look.

Next, the sedan showcases reverse-opening doors similar to those seen on Rolls-Royce cars. The door handles are hidden, and the panoramic sunroof along with the continuous design of the full LED taillights are additional highlights on the exterior. Skyworth Skyhome is equipped with a 5-spoke alloy wheel set featuring an aerodynamic design.

The most exquisite details of Skyworth Skyhome seem to be concentrated in the cabin. Stepping inside the car, users are greeted by a large curved screen that spans the entire dashboard. This screen combines a digital instrument cluster, a center touch screen, and an entertainment screen for the front passengers.

The U-shaped steering wheel of Skyworth Skyhome boasts a futuristic design, and the ambient lighting system creates a cozy atmosphere in the interior. The central control cluster is divided into two separate parts instead of being connected like traditional designs. From the images, it can be observed that the interior materials of this electric sedan are very diverse.

Skyworth Skyhome offers a 2-row, 4-seat configuration. The rear seats can recline deeply and come with a foot massage function for passengers to relax. In between the two seats is a central armrest, and there is also a spot to put flowers.

Furthermore, rear passengers are also provided with a large foldable screen that comes down from the ceiling. The rear seats are also equipped with two smaller screens attached to the backrests of the front seats, along with a folding table. The refrigerator is integrated into the center armrest of the front seats.

With all these facilities, Skyworth Skyhome truly deserves the title of “ground jet”.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer has not released detailed specifications of the Skyworth Skyhome. What is known is that the car will be available in both 2-wheel drive and 4-wheel drive versions. The top-end version features 2 electric motors with a combined power of 617 horsepower, allowing the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds. Additionally, the car is equipped with an air suspension system and a rear-wheel steering system.
