VinFast introduces the initial shipment of Evo200, the “national electric motorbikes”

VinFast's Evo200, the most budget-friendly electric motorcycle on the market, sets a new standard for range. On September 29, 2022, the highly anticipated model was officially unveiled at the factory, marking a significant milestone for VinFast.

The handover ceremony of the first batch of VinFast Evo200 electric motorcycles took place at the factory in Hai Phong on today, September 29, 2022, with the presence of nearly 300 customers and representatives from VinFast electric motorcycle distributors and dealers nationwide.

This is the latest electric motorcycle model from VinFast, offering the longest range and the most affordable price compared to other product lines. Since its launch on September 21, 2022, VinFast Evo200 has quickly received 18,000 orders within just 48 hours of opening the deposit, making it the best-selling model.

The handover ceremony of the first batch of VinFast Evo200 electric motorcycles was held at the VinFast Hai Phong factory.

Among the upgraded 2022 product range, which includes Feliz S, Klara S (2022), Vento S, and Theon S, VinFast Evo200 is priced most affordably for the majority of consumers. Both the Evo200 and Evo200 Lite versions are priced at 22 million dong (including VAT and a 400W charger).

VinFast Evo200 received 18,000 orders in just 2 days after opening the deposit.

VinFast Evo200 and Evo200 Lite have a fashionable design and a suitable size for urban areas. The motorcycle’s lighting system and signal lights are equipped with LED technology. Additionally, customers can choose from 5 different color options: Gold, Bright Red, Pearl White, Dark Blue Purple, and Matte Black.

In terms of performance, the Evo200 can reach a maximum speed of 70 km/h, while the Evo200 Lite is adjusted to a maximum speed limit of 49 km/h to cater to students. Moreover, the VinFast Evo200 offers an extended range compared to other models, with a range of nearly 205 km/charge.

The motorcycle comes with a 400W charger, which can charge the battery from 20% to 100% in approximately 8 hours, and from 0% to 100% in about 10 hours. Customers also have the option to purchase an additional 1000W charger to reduce the charging time to around 4 hours.

VinFast Evo200 has a range of 205 km per charge.

VinFast continues to offer battery rental services for the VinFast Evo200, including both Fixed and Flexible packages. The Fixed subscription package costs 350,000 dong/month with no distance limit. The Flexible subscription package costs 189,000 dong/month but limits the travel distance to 500 km/month, with an additional charge of 374 dong/km.

Starting from October 1, 2022, VinFast will apply a fee for switching battery subscription packages for all electric motorcycle models, with a fee of 600,000 dong/time. In addition to the battery rental option, customers can also choose to purchase and own a lifetime battery for 19,900,000 dong.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Le Hoang Long, Deputy General Director of VinFast Electric Motorcycle Business, stated: “Evo200 is a strategic product for VinFast. Its ability to optimize both functionality and price is a testament to the intelligence and technological capabilities of the Vietnamese people. VinFast is confident that with its outstanding advantages, Evo200 will soon become the top choice for consumers transitioning to electric vehicles.
