A Vietnamese woodworking artist has created a one-of-a-kind four-wheeled vehicle that has captured the attention of car enthusiasts worldwide.

ND Woodworking Art” is the YouTube channel of the talented Vietnamese carpenter Truong Van Dao from Tu Son, Bac Ninh. Previously, Dao gained recognition for his impressive videos showcasing his craftsmanship in sculpting popular car models such as the Ferrari 250 GTO, Lamborghini Sian, BMW 328 Hommage, and Tesla Cybertruck. Recently, he has once again astounded the online community with his unique wooden vehicle creation.

In a video titled “I Built A Vehicle For The Alien,” the 29-year-old Dao took on the challenge of conceptualizing and designing the frame himself, using steel bars. This distinguishes his latest project from his previous works, where he meticulously replicated existing car models.

The next step involved assembling the drivetrain. The vehicle is equipped with a relatively simple electric motor connected to a battery placed beneath the floor. Dao utilized the suspension and tires from an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV), suggesting that this “alien-inspired” vehicle could potentially be suitable for off-road driving with further refinement.

Subsequently, Dao and his team painstakingly crafted the wooden exterior of the vehicle. The skilled craftsman intricately carved details such as mudguards, light covers, and doors. Additionally, he incorporated blue LED strips on the front and rear, creating an eye-catching lighting effect when the vehicle is in motion.

Inside the vehicle, you will find two wooden seats with integrated headrests and leather upholstery. Dao also meticulously finished details like the door handles and roof with leather. The unique steering wheel, inspired by spaceships and resembling those found in supercars like the Pagani Huayra, is operated solely by electricity through a button control system.
