Bolide, similar to other sports supercars, features a minimalistic cabin design that is exclusively focused on the driver.
Bugatti Bolide is a hypercar specifically designed for racing and was first introduced in October 2020. This extraordinary masterpiece is produced in limited quantities of 40 globally and comes with a whopping price tag of up to $4.7 million (equivalent to VND 114.5 billion). Despite its high price, all 40 units were sold out on the day of its launch.
Recently, Bugatti revealed the interior images of the Bolide. The cabin is equipped with a unique X-shaped steering wheel that integrates essential function buttons and is positioned in front of the driver. The instrument cluster is divided into three sections, displaying crucial racing information such as lap times and G-forces. The air vents in the cabin are circular in shape, taking inspiration from the car’s four exhaust pipes.
On the right side of the driver, there is a set of buttons for basic functions located on the central control panel. Two large red emergency buttons, labeled “Stop” and “Fire,” are also prominently situated in this section.
The sports seats have a carbon frame and come in four different sizes. They are directly attached to the chassis to minimize weight and enhance driving performance. In order to find the most comfortable seating position in the Bolide, the driver can adjust the steering wheel and pedals instead of the seat position, typical of conventional cars. The entire cabin is adorned with blue Alcantara leather and carbon fibers, creating a luxurious and sporty atmosphere.
The heart of the Bugatti Bolide is an impressive 8.0L W16 engine, capable of delivering a mind-blowing 1,577 horsepower and 1,600Nm of torque. This immense power is seamlessly transmitted to all four wheels thanks to the car’s 2-axle electronically controlled drivetrain system, which can distribute traction precisely to each individual wheel.
