The Lamborghini Aventador is a highly sought-after supercar in Vietnam, available in various versions. In recent times, the economic downturn has led to the sale of many of these cars by wealthy individuals. As a result, several Aventador LP700-4 Coupe models have appeared on the used car market, including three for sale in the Southern region and four in the Northern region.
This particular Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 is part of this trend. Auto99, the dealership selling this luxury car, has shared that it has an odometer reading of over 9,000 km and is listed at almost 20 billion VND. Although it is a 2014 model, it has only been in Vietnam for the past five years. The car even participated in the 2019 Car & Passion journey.
A few months ago, the previous owner listed the car for sale at a price of nearly 18 billion VND, but there were no interested buyers. Consequently, the luxury car dealership repurchased it. The 20 billion VND price tag of this Lamborghini on the used car market has generated controversy due to its potential profit of up to 2 billion VND.
However, in times of economic recession, the willingness to spend such a large sum of money on luxury items like supercars is minimal. Selling luxury cars worth billions of VND has become a challenge.
According to Autodaily’s research, this Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Roadster once caused a stir on social media when a young man in his 90s, who invested in Dak Lak after selling his Huracan LP610-4, acquired it. Prior to that, the car had changed hands through a sudden change of ownership involving a wealthy individual in Binh Phuoc. At the time of its initial registration, the estimated value of the car was about 30 billion VND.
The car’s original exterior was painted in milk white, a popular color for many Aventador LP700-4 models in Vietnam. However, it has been repainted in a shiny blue color using the direct painting method, giving it a fresh appearance.
The original black-painted 5-spoke wheels and red brake calipers have been upgraded to black multi-spoke 20-inch wheels and brown brake calipers with lock bolts, similar to those on the SV/SVJ model. These changes make the car even more eye-catching.
Some carbon fiber details, such as the front and rear air vents, side air vents, and diffuser, have been added to the car. The mirror cover is also decorated with a matte carbon fiber pattern decal.
The Aventador Roadster, unlike the coupe version, features a 2-piece convertible top that can be manually opened or closed and stored in the front trunk. The main distinguishing feature is the horizontal engine cover, divided into two parts to provide a clear view of the engine underneath and enhance heat dissipation.
In terms of the interior, this rare Lamborghini Aventador convertible originally featured black leather seats with white stitching. However, after changing ownership multiple times, the original leather was replaced with predominantly cream-colored leather, accentuated by purple lines and stitching.
The sports seats are electrically adjustable, providing a more comfortable seating experience compared to the rigid racing seats with a carbon fiber frame. The control panel consists of multiple buttons, with a central infotainment screen. Both the position and the instrument panel are covered in carbon fiber.
All Lamborghini Aventador models share the same naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine, but the LP700-4 version has a maximum power of 691 horsepower (700 PS) and a maximum torque of 690 Nm. It is equipped with 4-wheel drive and a 7-speed ISR dual-clutch transmission. The car can go from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds and has a top speed of 349 km/h.
