Elantra has received a completely redesigned front end with the brand’s signature grille, which has been modified and now features an additional decorative detail similar to recent Hyundai models like the Tucson.

Another engine option is the naturally aspirated Gamma 1.6L 4-cylinder engine, which delivers 118 horsepower and a peak torque of 152 Nm. It is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission. The hybrid variant is also available, with a power output of 139 horsepower and a torque of 265 Nm. It combines the Smartstream 1.6L engine with an electric motor.
For those looking for performance, the Elantra N Line offers the turbocharged Smartstream 1.6L engine, which produces 201 horsepower and a peak torque of 265 Nm. It can be paired with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. The top-of-the-line Elantra N comes with the turbocharged Theta 2.0L engine, which generates a maximum power of 276 horsepower and a peak torque of 392 Nm. It is available with either a 6-speed manual transmission or an 8-speed DCT transmission.
