Hyundai has just unveiled the refreshed version of its popular CUV model, the Tucson. The car is available in 12 different versions, with prices ranging from 27.71 – 39.38 million Won (approximately 510 – 724 million VND).

Compared to its predecessor, the 2024 Hyundai Tucson features subtle changes in its exterior design. The front of the car showcases a smaller Parametric grille and bird wing-shaped position lights. The front bumper has been widened to give the car a more commanding presence. The body and rear lights remain almost unchanged compared to the previous version.

For customers who prefer a sportier style, Hyundai offers the Tucson 2024 N Line, which comes with its own grille logo, 19-inch alloy wheels, and dual exhaust pipes.

The major updates are focused on the interior, where this CUV model is equipped with a dual-screen setup similar to its “big brother” Santa Fe 2024. This setup consists of a digital instrument cluster and a 12.3-inch infotainment screen combined together. The three-spoke steering wheel has been slimmed down and incorporates function buttons.

The traditional gear shift lever has been replaced by paddle shifters located behind the steering wheel. The central control panel is positioned below the air vents and features buttons for air conditioning, audio system, and seat adjustment. The center armrest is spacious and includes a storage compartment, wireless phone charging, and cup holders.

In addition, the car also receives upgrades such as interior ambient lighting, automatic toll payment system, Digital Key 2, fingerprint scanner, heads-up display (HUD), dashcam, memory seats/rearview mirrors, and power-operated trunk lid.

In terms of performance, the new Hyundai Tucson offers 3 engine options. The first option is a turbocharged 1.6L 4-cylinder gasoline engine with a maximum power of 180 horsepower. The second option is a hybrid powertrain with a 1.6L turbocharged gasoline engine and an electric motor, delivering a combined power of 230 horsepower. Lastly, there is a 2.0L 4-cylinder diesel engine with a power output of 183 horsepower.

Hyundai has also introduced several interesting technologies for the Tucson 2024, such as Automatic Terrain Mode (which can identify the road surface in real-time and automatically select the optimal driving mode) and Cross Wind Stability Control, which enhances the car’s stability at high speeds.

The 2024 Hyundai Tucson is available in 8 exterior colors, including Pine Green Matte, Ultimate Red Metallic, Phantom Black Pearl, Creamy White Pearl, Shimmering Silver Metallic, Titanium Gray Metallic, Ocean Indigo Pearl, and Amazon Gray Metallic. The Titanium Gray Matte color is exclusive to the N Line variant.
