Despite its high price, the Mercedes-Benz S400 is not uncommon in Vietnam. To make it stand out from the rest, the GTA-Wrapping workshop has upgraded the w221 generation S400.

One of the most noticeable changes on the modified Mercedes-Benz S400 is the replacement of its original paint color with a sleek matte black. Additionally, the car is equipped with the S63 AMG body kit to enhance its sporty appearance. The original wheels have been replaced with imported Vossen S17-15T alloy wheels from the US, adding a touch of sophistication to the overall design.

Under the hood, the Mercedes-Benz S400 boasts a turbocharged 3.0L V6 engine, delivering an impressive maximum power of 333 horsepower and 480Nm of torque. It is paired with a 7-speed automatic 7G-TRONIC PLUS transmission and features a 4MATIC all-wheel drive system. With such capabilities, the car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.1 seconds and achieve a top speed of 250 km/h.

What sets the w221 generation Mercedes-Benz S400 apart is its innovative Magic Body Control adaptive suspension system. This advanced technology includes a camera mounted on the center rearview mirror that continuously scans the road surface ahead. The central computer then analyzes the gathered data and automatically adjusts the stiffness of the shock absorbers on all four wheels. This results in a smooth and comfortable ride, even when encountering bumps on the road.

While adaptive air suspension systems are commonplace in luxury car models today, the introduction of this groundbreaking technology in the w221 generation more than 10 years ago by Mercedes-Benz was truly revolutionary at the time.
