Leading the way in serving Vietnamese customers

Customer satisfaction has always been Ford’s top priority during its nearly 30 years of operation in the Vietnamese market. Ford Vietnam is committed to providing vehicles equipped with world-class safety and smart technologies to contribute to a better world where everyone can freely pursue their dreams.

Throughout the product design process, Ford has engaged in extensive conversations with customers in Vietnam and other regions to gather objective feedback. This customer-centric approach is a key element contributing to the success of Ford’s product lineup.

In the past two years, Ford Vietnam has introduced new generation models such as the new Ford Everest, new Ford Ranger, new Everest Wildtrak, and new Ford Ranger Raptor. These models have garnered high praise and achieved leading positions in their respective segments, reflecting Ford’s dedication to continually improving its products to meet the diverse needs of customers.

Ranger has been a prominent player in the Vietnamese market since 2001 and has consistently led the pickup truck segment for over a decade with over 70% market share. The new generation Ford Ranger, launched in 2022, inherits the DNA of Ford’s legendary F-series trucks and showcases meticulous design details that enhance its versatility.

In addition, the new generation Ranger Raptor, refined by the Ford Performance team, offers impressive off-road capabilities and energetic design. Ford Vietnam has recorded strong sales of the Ranger, with a 17% increase in the first three quarters of the year compared to the same period last year.

The mid-size SUV Ford Everest has also experienced robust growth, with a 90% increase in cumulative sales in the first three quarters of 2023 compared to the same period last year. The new generation Everest, launched in 2022, features a transformation in exterior and interior design, as well as numerous utilities and safety features for the driver.

The model offers excellent operating capabilities for adventures, exceptional comfort, and customer-centric technologies. In early 2023, the new Everest Wildtrak version was introduced in the Vietnamese market with breakthrough design improvements that elevate the off-road experience.

“The trust and acceptance of customers towards our products and services are the driving forces for us to constantly improve and build long-term commitment and companionship with customers in the Vietnamese market,” said Mr. Ruchik Shah – General Director of Ford Vietnam.

Actively contributing to sustainable education in Vietnam

In addition to product development efforts, Ford Vietnam is actively involved in initiatives to enhance the customer experience and contribute to sustainable development in the local community. Ford aims to bring high-quality vehicles to the market while serving as a reliable companion for customers’ journeys.

The “Experience the new generation Ford vehicles” event, which took place from November 16 to November 18, 2023, was a tangible manifestation of this commitment. Journalists and experts had the opportunity to experience driving the new generation Ford Ranger, Ford Ranger Raptor, and Ford Everest on the Hanoi – Cao Bang experience route.

Within the event’s framework, cultural exploration activities and volunteering to support highland communities were also carried out, extending Ford’s effort to bring sustainable values to the community. These activities included visiting traditional craft villages, providing solar-powered lamps and environmentally friendly playgrounds to the Lùng Táo cultural center, donating bookcases and playgrounds, and launching the “Letter Box for You” program at Quoc Toan Primary School to foster dreams for children in the highlands.

For many years, Ford Vietnam has been proud to be one of the leading companies in community activities in Vietnam. Ford has implemented numerous programs to preserve the cultural heritage of ethnic groups and carry out charitable initiatives. Ford understands that social responsibility allows businesses to create positive change, build brand image and customer trust, alongside generating profits.

More than just transportation, Ford vehicles are ready to be the companion of customers in their daily work and family life, as well as in their adventurous journeys, explorations, and community activities.
