The Vietnam Auction Company held its second license plate auction on December 16th, featuring nearly 5,200 stunning license plates.
Notably, many license plates featuring the number “9999” received high bids in this auction session. Particularly, the license plate from Bac Ninh province with the number 99A-699.99 fetched a winning bid of 1.46 billion VND, and the license plate from Thai Binh with the number 17A-399.99 sold for 1 billion VND.
Moreover, several auspicious and lucky license plates were sold at impressive prices. For instance, the license plate 19A-566.88 was auctioned off for 3.075 billion VND. The license plate 19A-567.89 from Phu Tho province fetched 2.705 billion VND. The license plate with the number 30K-636.66 from Hanoi was sold for 2.75 billion VND, and the highly valued license plate 51K-989.89 was purchased for 1.335 billion VND.
This morning, on December 18th, the Vietnam Auction Company introduced an additional 7,000 license plates for auction. Notably, there were several beautiful license plates that garnered significant attention, including the auspicious license plate 38A-567.89, the valuable license plate 35A-379.79, and licenses plates like 30K-663.33, 29K-099.66, 47C-322.22, and 30K-888.98.
Under the new auction regulations, starting from December 16th, the duration of the auction will be reduced from 60 minutes to 30 minutes. Participants can now register for auction accounts using their phone numbers and can provide either their ID card number or business tax number for verification.
Furthermore, if only one person registers and qualifies for the auction before the registration deadline, that person will automatically be granted the license plate.
