The Hyundai Creta 2024 has undergone a redesign in terms of its design, upgraded interior, and now offers 3 engine options.
The Hyundai Creta 2024 is set to launch on January 16th in the Indian market. In this new upgrade, the B-segment CUV has been refined, featuring a more square-shaped grille similar to its “brother” Palisade. The pixel-designed LED position lights are connected by a strip of running LED lights across the hood. Meanwhile, the headlights of the Creta 2024 are separated and positioned slightly off-center, resembling the new generation Santa Fe.
At the rear, the taillights also boast an “L” shape design and are horizontally positioned like the LED position lights. The new rear bumper showcases a more powerful and bold design.
The interior space of the new Hyundai Creta also undergoes several changes compared to its current version. The most notable upgrade is the dual-screen cluster that integrates both the instrument panel and the central infotainment screen. Additionally, the car features a small screen located near the armrest, which is used to adjust the air conditioning and various settings in the car. The steering wheel and gear lever have also been redesigned.
Regarding the powertrain, Hyundai has confirmed that the Creta facelift will offer 3 engine options, including the new 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine (Kappa Turbo GDi), the 1.5-liter MPi gasoline engine, and the 1.5-liter CRDi diesel engine. Furthermore, there are 4 transmission options available, including a 6-speed manual, an intelligent variable transmission (IVT), a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT), and a 6-speed automatic transmission (AT).
As of now, there is no information regarding the price of the Hyundai Creta 2024. In India, this CUV model competes with rivals such as the Kia Sonet, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, and Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder.
