The Lamborghini Urus Performante is utilized by the Italian police force for special purposes, including the urgent transportation of organs.
On December 12th, the CEO of Lamborghini, Stephan Winkelmann, personally presented the Urus Performante supercar to the Italian federal police. This marks the 6th Lamborghini acquired by the Italian police force. Unlike regular patrol vehicles, the Lamborghini Urus Performante will handle various important tasks, such as the emergency transportation of organs.
The standout feature of the Urus Performante is its trunk, specially designed to accommodate specialized medical equipment, including a defibrillator and a refrigerated compartment for organ storage, both connected to the central screen. Additionally, the car is equipped with other specialized tools, such as an auxiliary screen, a signal light adjustment system, and a weapon compartment….
Externally, the Lamborghini Urus Performante is distinguished by a unique paint job crafted by the Lamborghini Centro Stile department. It features the iconic blue color of the Italian police fused with white. The word “Polizia” is positioned beneath the rearview mirror and possesses a reflective effect. The badge of the highway police force, “Polizia Stradale,” is located below the exterior rearview mirror. Furthermore, this supercar is equipped with a complete set of blue LED police lights, accompanied by the characteristic two-tone sound system.
The Urus Performante is powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.0 V8 engine, delivering an impressive 657 horsepower and a peak torque of 850 Nm. With this performance, the super SUV can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds and reach a top speed of 306 km/h.
In Vietnam, the Lamborghini Urus Performante is officially available with a price tag of 16.5 billion VND, while the lower variant, Urus S, is priced at 14.9 billion VND.
