The maintenance cycle for Skoda cars is either 7,500 km or 1 year, depending on which comes first. Unlike most other car brands on the market, there is no 1,000 km first cycle. The cost for regular maintenance is very competitive compared to competitors. For the Kodiaq Style 2.0, the highest version of Skoda in the Vietnamese market, the cost for the first time is only 2.4 million VND and for the fourth time at 30,000 km is about 5.4 million VND.

When adding up the total maintenance costs according to the mileage and comparing them with models in the same segment, this cost can be considered very competitive, equivalent to Korean and Japanese models.
In addition to maintenance costs, the issue of replacement parts is also a concern for many European car owners. Skoda Vietnam has provided a solution by importing and always ensuring the availability of spare parts when needed by customers.
Skoda Vietnam currently offers a 3-year unlimited mileage warranty policy for all newly purchased cars from authorized dealers. Customers of the brand will receive warranty services at all authorized service centers nationwide.
Skoda Vietnam is also planning to deploy mobile service vehicles to address urgent issues for car owners. The service will be deployed within a radius of 100 km from the nearest dealer. The mobile repair vehicle supports on-site replacement, disassembly, and installation of certain parts and components.
The Skoda brand is from the Czech Republic and was founded in 1895. It was introduced in Vietnam starting from 23/9/2023.
