The 2023 BMW XM has a bold and distinctive exterior. The front stands out with its large kidney grille combined with a glowing frame and a two-tier headlight system similar to the new BMW 7-Series. The separated front lights feature slim daytime running lights above and main headlights below. The bonnet is highlighted with embossed lines, adding a sporty look to the SUV.
At the rear, the car features sleek taillights, a glossy black rear bumper, an air diffuser, two vertical reflectors, and a pair of stacked exhaust pipes.
The German automaker offers three options for the BMW XM’s wheel size: 21-inch, 22-inch, or 23-inch rims. The 23-inch rims are wrapped in Michelin tires with sizes of 275/45 at the front and 315/40 at the rear.
Inside the cabin, the 2023 BMW XM shares many similarities with the new X7 model, such as the instrument cluster and the central control cluster.
The car is equipped with many luxury features, including a fully digital instrument cluster connected to the central touchscreen, a panoramic roof integrated with about 100 LED lights that provide mesmerizing lighting effects based on driving modes, premium leather upholstery, and the latest iDrive 8 entertainment system, among others.
In terms of safety equipment, the 2023 BMW XM offers advanced driving assistance features such as automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane centering assist, and forward and rear cross-traffic alert.
The BMW XM 2023 is powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.4L V8 petrol engine, producing a maximum power of 483 horsepower and a torque of 650 Nm. The engine is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and a 4-wheel drive system. Additionally, the car is equipped with a powerful electric motor that generates 194 horsepower, bringing the total power output of the BMW XM 2023 to 644 horsepower and a torque of 800 Nm.
With this power, the BMW XM 2023 can accelerate from 0 to 96 km/h in 4.1 seconds before reaching a top speed of 250 km/h. With the optional M Driver’s Package, the car can achieve a maximum speed of up to 270 km/h. Compared to other luxury hybrid models, the pure electric driving range of the BMW XM 2023 is modest, at about 50 km with a maximum speed of 140 km/h.
Notably, the BMW XM 2023 is equipped with an active anti-roll system with electronic stability control as standard and a rear-wheel steering system – the first time it has appeared on a BMW M model.
With its debut in Vietnam, the price of this model is 10,009 billion VND (approximately $429,396). In Hanoi, users may have to spend nearly 12 billion VND (approximately $514,891) to own this car. According to sources, there are only 3 BMW XM vehicles with owners in the northern region of Vietnam.
