VinFast ships initial VF 6 vehicle lot to clients

VF 6 is a key model in VinFast’s lineup of electric cars in the B-SUV segment. It was launched in Vietnam on September 29, 2023. After more than 2 months of pre-orders, VinFast has received thousands of VF 6 orders and will begin delivering the cars to customers according to the order recorded in the system, starting today.

Positioned as a family-oriented electric car, VF 6 offers an impressive wheelbase of 2,730 mm within a compact exterior dimension of 4,238 x 1,820 x 1,594 (mm). The optimized wheelbase length of VF 6 provides a spacious interior comparable to combustion engine models in the C-SUV segment.

In the Vietnamese market, VF 6 is available in two versions: Base and Plus. The Base version has a listed price of 675 million VND (excluding battery) and 765 million VND (including battery); the Plus version has a listed price of 765 million VND (excluding battery) and 855 million VND (including battery). Both versions of VF 6 are equipped with a 59.6 kW LFP battery with corresponding operating ranges of 399 km and 381 km per full charge (according to WLTP standards). The car features an electric motor with maximum power of 100 kW and 150 kW, corresponding to maximum torque of 135 Nm and 310 Nm, offering an exhilarating driving experience.

Inheriting VinFast’s unique DNA for electric cars, VF 6 provides an interesting, worry-free and unique driving experience with advanced technologies and intelligent features in the B-segment. Some of these features include pre-collision warning, lane departure warning, front/rear parking assistance, blind spot warning, 360-degree surround view monitoring, VinFast’s virtual assistant with voice interactions in different Vietnamese dialects. This virtual assistant provides control over the vehicle, engages in conversations, and even tells stories to enhance the overall driving experience.

Similar to other VinFast electric car models, VF 6 comes with excellent after-sales policies, including a 7-year or 160,000 km official warranty (whichever comes first), an 8-year unlimited mileage battery warranty, 24/7 Roadside Assistance, Mobile Service (repair services provided at the customer’s location), and 24/7 Mobile Charging Service. VF 6 also receives special support in case of manufacturer-related issues and a commitment to repurchase used cars after 5 years, providing optimal rights and maximum peace of mind for customers.

Alongside the delivery of VF 6 in Vietnam, VinFast will introduce the miniEV VF 3 to the international market and showcase an entirely new concept car at the largest Consumer Electronics Show CES 2024, which will take place from January 9 to 12, 2024, in Las Vegas (USA).
