Recently, billionaire Cuong Dola surprised everyone by sharing pictures of his newest addition to his motorcycle collection.

According to the content posted on Facebook, this motorcycle was gifted to the tycoon by a friend.

The Yamaha PG-1 model, which was introduced in Vietnam on December 2nd, has caught everyone’s attention. The motorcycle, owned by singer Dam Thu Trang’s husband, features a stunning blue exterior. Notably, the seat, rear light, and dashboard still have a protective nylon cover.

Currently, the Yamaha PG-1 model is available in the Vietnamese market at a selling price of nearly 30.5 million VND. The estimated on-road price is around 34 million VND. Customers also have the option to purchase genuine upgrade accessory packages for the PG-1, such as Casual, Camper, or Tracker, with prices ranging from 3.2 to 10.7 million VND.

In the Vietnamese market, the PG-1 is a new and unique model without any direct competitors. However, it will face competition from the Honda CT125 in other markets.

The Yamaha PG-1 boasts a sturdy and robust appearance. The front of the motorcycle is highlighted by a classic round headlight cluster, a sleek analog gauge cluster, and a flat handlebar.

The tail of the motorcycle follows a similar design to the headlight, featuring separate turn signals. The PG-1’s seat is divided into two, with a longer front seat to provide the rider with more flexibility in different riding positions, making it suitable for both urban and long-distance journeys. The slim body of the motorcycle makes it easier to place feet on the ground and control the bike.

The handlebar is lightweight, stiff, and optimized in size and design, allowing for comfortable riding positions, whether sitting or standing. All the functional buttons, including the engine start, passing, turn signals, engine cut-off, and horn, are conveniently located and easily accessible.

Powering the PG-1 is a 4-stroke, SOHC, 113.7cc, 2-valve, fuel-injected, air-cooled engine. It excels in torque efficiency, ease of use, and low fuel consumption. This makes it suitable for a variety of purposes, including daily commuting in the city and weekend getaways.

The power and torque from the engine are transmitted through a 4-speed gearbox with an automatic centrifugal clutch. Combined with a shorter secondary gear ratio (Finn: 40:14 → PG-1: 40:13), it delivers a strong acceleration and pulling force.

The Yamaha PG-1 can be considered as one of the more affordable motorcycles in the collection of the mountain tycoon. Previously, on his birthday in February, businessman Cuong Dola received a 2-stroke Yamaha 125ZR as a gift, estimated to cost at least 400 million VND.
