With four variants and two transmission choices, namely petrol and diesel, the vehicle offers a range of options to suit different preferences. While the hybrid and plug-in hybrid iterations are anticipated to join the lineup at a later date.

The S variant of the 2024 Kia Sorento with a 2.2L CRDI engine and all-wheel drive starts at $36,092. The Sport variant is priced at $37,853, the Sport+ variant at $41,229, and the GT-Line variant at $46,117. Powered by the diesel engine, it delivers a maximum power of 198 horsepower and a peak torque of 440 Nm.

For Australian customers who choose the 3.5L V6 engine with front-wheel drive, the Sport variant starts at $35,836. The Sport+ variant is priced at $39,151, and the GT-Line variant at $44,100. With the gasoline engine, it offers a maximum power of 268 horsepower and a peak torque of 332 Nm.

The base variant of the 2024 Kia Sorento includes features such as power-folding mirrors, front and rear mudguards, roof rails, a rear spoiler, rain-sensing wipers, paddle shifters on the steering wheel, a 4-inch multi-function LCD screen, two USB ports, illuminated vanity mirrors, DAB radio, a seven-speaker audio system, a 12.3-inch infotainment display, over-the-air software updates, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, Bluetooth, and manual air conditioning.

Upgrading to the Sport variant, you’ll get rear privacy windows, satellite navigation with 10-year traffic information and map updates, dual-zone automatic climate control, and rear vents for the third-row seats.

The Sport+ variant is equipped with heated mirrors, a hands-free power tailgate, a heated steering wheel, a USB port for the second-row seats, a premium Bose audio system, and heated front seats.

Finally, the GT-Line variant adds a panoramic sunroof, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a color head-up display, 64-color interior ambient lighting, aluminum pedals, wireless charging, LED interior lights, and heated second-row seats.
