16 BMW cars bought by this company to reward its top-performing employees for the Lunar New Year

According to Chinese media, a biotechnology company in Duy Phuong, Thanh Chau City, Shandong Province, China, rewarded its employees at the end of the year and spent nearly 8 million NDT (~27 billion VND) to buy 16 BMW cars of 3 different models, including X1, X3, X5, to give to its top-performing sales team.

The company will reward based on years of service (at least 5 years) and rank of each person. However, these employees only have the right to use the cars, the ownership rights belong to the company, after 3 years, based on job performance, they will officially own the cars.

The company representative stated that these employees have made significant contributions to the company’s development. This reward is a gift to encourage employees to be more confident and continuously strive in their work.

One of the employees who received a car confirmed that all 16 cars are brand new and were just received by the company on the occasion of the Lunar New Year.
