In a short time, the Hyundai Creta 2024 will be launched in the Indian market. Hyundai has been teasing Indian customers with teaser videos and images of this compact SUV to build up excitement before its official debut. Recently, Hyundai revealed the luxurious and safety features of the 2024 Creta, further captivating the interest of Indian customers.

The safety features are the highlight of the Hyundai Creta 2024 in the Indian market. The compact SUV will come with 6 airbags and the advanced Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) called Hyundai SmartSense.

The high-end version of the Hyundai Creta 2024 for the Indian market will have a total of 19 active safety features. These features will provide level 2 autonomous driving capabilities for the Korean SUV. Additionally, the high-end 2024 Creta will have a 360-degree camera, blind-spot warning system, tire pressure monitoring system, 4-wheel disc brakes, and electronic stability control.

Not only will the Hyundai Creta 2024 be safer, but it will also have improved convenience features. The high-end version of the car will have a digital instrument cluster and a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system. These two features will be seamlessly integrated into a curved screen on the dashboard, providing a modern and high-tech feel to the 2024 Creta.

The car will also come with a dual-zone automatic climate control, panoramic sunroof, 8-speaker Bose sound system, ventilated front seats, and 8-way power-adjustable driver’s seat. The air conditioning system can be controlled through the touchscreen. Additionally, the Hyundai Creta 2024 will feature new storage compartments.

The Hyundai Creta 2024 will offer 3 engine options in the Indian market. Firstly, there will be a new 1.5L turbocharged 4-cylinder petrol engine, which is shared with the Hyundai Accent. This engine will produce a maximum power output of 160 horsepower and can be paired with a manual transmission or a dual-clutch automatic transmission with 7 speeds.

The other 2 engine options from the current version will also be available for the Hyundai Creta 2024. The first option is a naturally aspirated 1.5L 4-cylinder petrol engine, capable of delivering a maximum power output of 115 horsepower. The second option is a diesel engine of the same displacement and power output as the aforementioned petrol engine. Both engines will be paired with a 6-speed manual transmission, a 6-speed automatic transmission, or a continuously variable transmission (IVT).

In terms of design, the Hyundai Creta 2024 for the Indian market will have a different exterior compared to the model sold in Southeast Asia and Vietnam. The upgraded version will feature a larger rectangular front grille and a two-tier lighting system with new LED daytime running lights positioned above and vertical headlights below. The front of the car will also have “L” shaped LED daytime running lights.

Additionally, the Hyundai Creta 2024 for the Indian market will come with a redesigned front bumper featuring a wide rectangular center air intake. The two corners of the bumper, located beneath the headlights, will also have new air vents.

At the rear, the compact SUV will have a new taillight cluster with the “L” shape, stretching horizontally across the back of the car, similar to the LED daytime running lights. The rear bumper will also have a sportier and more aggressive design.
