The updated version of the Hyundai Creta showcases various changes in both interior and exterior design along with enhanced convenience features. The car is available in a total of 7 different variants.

The current model of the Hyundai Creta was introduced in India back in March 2020 and since then, it has been one of the highest-selling models in the country. Now is the perfect time for the introduction of the mid-life facelift version of this model.

Hyundai has officially launched the facelifted version of the Creta in the Indian market. In this market, the Hyundai Creta 2024 is offered in 7 different variants with prices ranging from 1.1 to 2 million Rupees (~324 to 590 million VND). This model exhibits distinct design, equipment, and engine options when compared to the current Hyundai Creta available in Vietnam.

Firstly, discussing the dimensions, the Hyundai Creta 2024 has a length of 4,330 mm, width of 1,790 mm, and height of 1,635 mm. The wheelbase remains the same at 2,610 mm.

As stated by the company earlier on, the design of the Hyundai Creta 2024 has been significantly updated, differing from the previous version. This can be observed prominently at the front of the car, featuring a large rectangular grille and central air intake. The car also sports a new 2-tier headlight system with LED daytime running lights on the top and main headlights positioned at the bottom. Additionally, the LED positioning lights are horizontally designed across the front of the vehicle.

The side profile of the Hyundai Creta 2024 remains mostly unchanged compared to the previous version, except for the wheels. The premium variant comes equipped with 18-inch wheels featuring a dual-tone, multi-spoke design. Meanwhile, the lower variant will be equipped with 17-inch wheels only.

At the rear of the car, the Hyundai Creta 2024 features a new taillight cluster with an “L” shape inside it, positioned horizontally on the tailgate, similar to the front of the car. The rear bumper showcases a dark silver trim, providing a sporty appearance to the SUV.

Stepping inside the cabin, users will immediately notice the upgraded, modern, and luxurious interior of the Hyundai Creta 2024. The car now comes equipped with a digital instrument cluster and a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, seamlessly integrated into the center console. The screen offers 3 different interfaces and also functions as the blind-spot monitoring system. Below that, you can find the multi-color interior ambient lighting, providing a touch of modernity and luxury to the compact SUV.

Next, the car boasts new glossy black air vents, USB Type-C ports added to the rear seats, and a dual-zone automatic climate control system. The touchscreen climate control is positioned below the central air vents.

Moreover, the Hyundai Creta 2024 offers several other noteworthy features such as power-adjustable driver’s seat, air purifier system, electronic parking brake, Bose sound system, 2-step reclining backrest and rear seat head cushions, as well as sun blinds.

Addiitonally, the Hyundai Creta 2024 has also received upgrades in terms of safety technology. It comes equipped with an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) offering 19 features including emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, and lane-keeping assist. As a result, the car possesses level 2 autonomous driving capability. It is also equipped with 6 airbags, a 360-degree camera, blind-spot monitoring system, tire pressure monitoring system, 4-wheel disc brakes, and electronic stability control.

In India, the Hyundai Creta 2024 offers 3 different engine options. One of them is a new engine shared with the Hyundai Accent, featuring a turbocharged 1.5-liter 4-cylinder petrol engine, providing a maximum power of 160 horsepower. The engine can be paired with either a manual transmission or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

The other 2 engine options remain the same as the prior version. The first one is a naturally aspirated 4-cylinder petrol engine with a displacement of 1.5 liters and a maximum power of 115 horsepower. The second option is a diesel engine of the same displacement and maximum power as the aforementioned petrol engine. These 2 engines can be paired with a 6-speed manual transmission, a 6-speed automatic transmission, or a continuously variable transmission (CVT).
