The Hyundai Santa Fe takes the lead as the best-selling 7-seater SUV model in November 2023, with 1,064 units sold. Following closely behind is the Ford Everest, which achieved sales of 1,049 units. The Toyota Fortuner secures the third position.
It’s worth noting that while both the Hyundai Santa Fe and Ford Everest exceeded 1,000 units in sales, the Toyota Fortuner sold less than 300 units in November.
The Mazda CX-8, Kia Sorento, Mitsubishi Pajero Sport, and Isuzu mu-X occupy the next positions with sales figures of 279 units, 109 units, 66 units, and 19 units, respectively.
One of the contributing factors to the Hyundai Santa Fe’s success as the best-seller in the 7-seater SUV segment in November was the aggressive discount program launched by the manufacturer since October. Additionally, dealerships offered attractive incentives exclusively for customers purchasing the Santa Fe.
Similarly, the Ford Everest experienced a boost in sales in November 2023, thanks to dealership discount programs and support for registration fee exemptions. Sales increased by nearly 300 units compared to the previous month.
Overall, in the 11 months of 2023, the Ford Everest reigns as the “sales king” of the mid-size 7-seater SUV segment, with nearly 8,500 units sold. It surpasses the Santa Fe by almost 3,000 units to claim the second position, and it surpasses the Toyota Fortuner by almost 5,200 units to take the third position.
