Hyundai Thành Công has recently announced the price adjustment of two models, Tucson and Santa Fe, in Vietnam.

As part of the adjustment, the standard 2.0 Petrol Hyundai Tucson will see a price increase of 30 million VND. The car currently sells for 799 million VND. The special 2.0 Petrol version will now cost 879 million VND, reflecting a 40 million VND increase.

The special 2.0 Diesel version will also see an increase of 90 million VND, bringing the new price to 959 million VND. Similarly, the 1.6 Turbo Tucson version will experience a 60 million VND increase, reaching a new price of 959 million VND.

Hyundai Santa Fe, another model included in the price adjustment, will also see an increase. The standard 2.5 Petrol and the premium 2.5 Petrol versions will both see a 60 million VND price increase. The new selling prices for these two versions are 1.029 billion VND and 1.21 billion VND, respectively.

The three versions of the standard 2.2 Diesel, premium 2.2 Diesel, and Hybrid will all increase by 70 million VND each. The new selling prices for these three versions are 1.12 billion VND, 1.269 billion VND, and 1.369 billion VND, respectively.

Earlier in October 2023, Hyundai Thành Công had already adjusted the listed price of the Tucson model, with prices ranging from 76 million VND to 191 million VND. This brought the price of the car into a range of 769 million VND to 899 million VND, which is the lowest in its segment.

The Santa Fe model also had its price adjusted in October, with prices ranging from 86 million VND to 176 million VND. The new selling prices for this model are now between 969 million VND and 1.299 billion VND, depending on the version.

This price increase is mainly due to the impact of rising input material prices.

Both the Hyundai Tucson and Santa Fe models are still eligible for a 50% discount on the registration fee, which is a government grant for domestically assembled cars. However, this policy will only be valid until the end of December 31, 2023. Therefore, customers interested in purchasing these cars should take advantage of these incentives as soon as possible.

Hyundai Tucson and Santa Fe are both popular SUV models in Vietnam. The Hyundai Tucson is currently in its 4th generation, launched in Vietnam in December 2021. It is available with three engine options: 2.0L Smartstream, 1.6 Turbo SmartStream, and 2.0 Diesel SmartStream. All three engines are combined with the HTRAC all-wheel-drive system and Hyundai SmartSense active safety system.

The current Hyundai Santa Fe is an upgraded version of the 4th generation, which was introduced to the Vietnamese car market in May 2021. The car features a sporty and masculine exterior design with muscular lines.

In the Vietnamese market, the Hyundai Santa Fe is equipped with three engine options: SmartStream 2.5L Petrol, SmartStream 2.2L Diesel, and Turbo Hybrid 1.6L T-GDi. These engines are also paired with the HTRAC all-wheel-drive system and Hyundai SmartSense active safety system.
