In the Vietnamese supercar community, Cuong “Dola” and Minh “Nhua” are highly respected figures. In 2024, their strong bond has caught the attention of many, not only through their journeys and charitable work but also in the world of supercars.
When Minh “Nhua” received his Pagani Huayra, he immediately invited Cuong “Dola” for a ride. He even let his friend drive the magnificent supercar back to his house, and they went home together.
Moreover, Minh “Nhua” revealed that Cuong “Dola” used to be his idol when he was a student, but they have now become close friends. In a photo shared on social media, they can be seen holding hands, standing in front of two expensive cars: the Pagani Huayra and the limited-edition Porsche 911 Sport Classic.
Pagani Huayra is one of the most expensive cars in Vietnam. It was originally produced in a limited quantity of 100 worldwide, each with a unique serial number. Minh “Nhua’s” Pagani Huayra has a stunning deep orange color.
In 2015, Minh “Nhua” purchased the million-dollar Pagani Huayra, and a year later, it made its debut in the Vietnamese market. However, it took another 2 years for the car to receive its license plate, 51G-697.55. Recently, Minh “Nhua” made headlines by revealing that the Pagani Huayra now belongs to a new owner with the license plate 51L-00405. The reason for the new license plate is that Minh “Nhua’s” father transferred the ownership to Mr. Pham Van Muoi. Hence, Mr. Muoi has possessed this luxury supercar for the past 7 years.
With his father transferring the Pagani Huayra to him and covering all the expenses, Minh “Nhua” will undoubtedly keep this million-dollar masterpiece in his garage for quite some time. As for parking it next to the McLaren Elva, that’s not up for debate. Nevertheless, the British supercar has remained low-profile since its arrival in Vietnam, similar to how the McLaren Senna GTR, an impressive race car, was imported by a supercar enthusiast in Saigon.
The Pagani Huayra is equipped with a 6.0-liter V12 engine with twin-turbochargers produced by Mercedes-AMG. This powerful “heart” allows the Pagani Huayra to generate a maximum power of 720 horsepower at 5,800 rpm and a peak torque of 1,000 Nm within a range of 2,250-4,500 rpm.
Combined with a 7-speed sequential gearbox with a single clutch, Minh “Nhua’s” “wind god” takes only about 2.8 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h before reaching a top speed of 370 km/h.
