The Mercedes-AMG One is a limited edition supercar with only 275 units produced worldwide, priced at an astonishing $2.72 million (~63 billion VND).

Introduced in June 2022, the One is an extraordinary creation from AMG, directly derived from the Mercedes-Benz F1 models. At its launch, the starting price of the Mercedes-AMG One was approximately $2.72 million (~63 billion VND), excluding exclusive accessories. This highly sought-after car is produced in a limited quantity of only 275 units globally.

After more than a year, a few lucky customers have taken delivery of their cars, and the first “beast” has appeared in the pre-owned car market. This particular Mercedes-AMG One is currently listed at a reputable showroom in Dubai, with the selling price yet to be disclosed. However, it is expected to far exceed the initial starting price.

The Mercedes-AMG One stands among the fastest cars in the world, accelerating from 0 to 100km/h in just 2.9 seconds and reaching a top speed of 352km/h. Powering this incredible performance is a combination of a V6 1.6L turbocharged engine and an electric motor, producing a staggering total output of 1049 horsepower. To fully exploit the engine’s power, Mercedes-AMG engineers have developed a specialized powertrain featuring four electric motors.

The first two motors generate 322 horsepower each and are positioned at the front. The third motor works in conjunction with the gasoline engine, providing an additional 161 horsepower to the crankshaft. The fourth motor is integrated into the high-tech turbocharger, contributing an extra 121 horsepower. With the AMG Performance 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive system, individual control of each wheel is possible, enabling superior adaptability to various road conditions.

Mirroring Formula 1 cars, the Mercedes-AMG One features a monocoque frame to enhance overall structural strength. The detachable carbon fiber engine cover incorporates the distinctive NACA air intake design inspired by the aviation industry. The suspension system offers three customizable modes: Comfort, Sport, and Sport+.

The interior of the Mercedes-AMG One is equally remarkable. The seats are positioned low, allowing drivers to fully extend their legs and achieve optimal comfort at high speeds. The rectangular F1-style steering wheel features two 10-inch digital displays. The entire interior space is adorned with carbon fiber and premium leather. The air conditioning system adjusts automatically. As there is no rear windshield, the MirrorCam feature provides real-time rearview monitoring.

The AMG One sports specially designed 10-spoke wheels with a solid structure and aerodynamic grooves. It is fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 M01 tires featuring a unique groove pattern to ensure stability at high speeds. The braking system includes six-piston calipers and 15.6-inch carbon ceramic disc brakes on the front wheels, and four-piston calipers with 15-inch discs on the rear wheels.
