Thailand’s Ford Personalized Vehicle Center operates in partnership with Ford Australia and RMA Automotive, located near the vehicle production port in Thailand and intended for Australia. Initially, RMA Automotive focuses on equipping the new Ranger models with genuine Ford-licensed accessories that were previously only available at dealerships. The goal is to reduce the waiting time for Australia’s best-selling new vehicle.

The VPC will supply four initial accessories, including a fixed mobile lid and a manual opening lid. The 3-door canopy will be available for all dual cabin Ranger models except for the Platinum and Raptor variants. All accessories will come with a 5-year warranty, with no distance or time limits, and installation will be completed within 2 days from the vehicle leaving the factory.

“We understand Australians’ love for pickup trucks, and we have built the most extensive accessory portfolio to date, directly from the factory. This expands the versatility of the Ranger for customers, allowing them to use their vehicles for both work and play with family and friends,” said Michael Karageorgiou, Ford International Markets’ Personalization Manager. “The new VPC represents the next step in providing our customers with the customized vehicles they desire, straight away.”
