Introducing the MG HS 2024 in Vietnam, starting at VND 699 million

MG HS 2024 has just arrived in the Vietnamese market with two versions, the 1.5 DEL and the 1.5 LUX, priced at 699 and 749 million Vietnamese dong respectively.

MG HS 2024 is imported completely from Thailand instead of China like the previous version. This is an upgraded version in the mid-life cycle, so there are only a few minor changes in terms of design and equipment.

The overall dimensions of the car are 4,610 x 1,876 x 1,685 mm (length x width x height), with a wheelbase of 2,720 mm.

At the front, the car has a design similar to the MG5 sedan with QUAD LED headlights, integrated daytime running lights, and a black Digital Burning Grill.

The turn signals are placed below without fog lights. The car is equipped with 18-inch tomahawk-style alloy wheels and 3D-effect LED taillights.

Inside, the car features leather sports seats, 6-way power-adjustable front seats with heating, a 3-spoke D-cut steering wheel with paddle shifters, a Full Virtual Dashboard 12-inch digital gauge cluster, an information display screen, a 10-inch center touchscreen supporting Android Auto or Apple CarPlay, and an 8.1 BOSE sound system. Additionally, the car also has a panoramic sunroof, customizable interior ambient lighting.

The MG HS uses a 1.5L turbocharged 4-cylinder petrol engine with a 7-speed transmission, producing 162 horsepower and 249 Nm of torque. The car has 4 driving modes to choose from: Normal, Eco, Sport, or Super Sport.

The car’s safety system includes 6 airbags, adaptive cruise control, traffic jam assist, low-speed automatic speed control, blind-spot detection, lane-keep assist, lane departure warning, forward collision warning, rear cross-traffic alert, 360-degree 3D surround-view camera, and the car’s chassis is made of steel that is 62% stiffer and meets Euro NCAP 5-star safety standards.
