Positioned as a luxury and expensive brand, Lexus models are still popular among users in Vietnam.
Below are the Lexus models currently being distributed officially in Vietnam:
Lexus LM
In the Vietnamese market, the Lexus LM is available in one version, the LM 350. The 4-seater configuration is priced at 8.610 billion VND, while the 7-seater configuration is priced at 7.210 billion VND.
The Lexus LM is the first MPV model in the Lexus family and is developed based on the platform of its “sibling” Toyota Alphard. The car has a prestigious and modern appearance with the distinctive design language of the Japanese luxury car brand.
For the cabin space, the 7-seater version of the Lexus LM targets practical-oriented customers, while the 4-seater version focuses mainly on business people or VIPs.
Inside the interior compartment, the Lexus LM is fully equipped with premium amenities such as high-end leather seats, wood trim, massage/heating/cooling seats, entertainment screen, sunroof, Mark Levinson sound system. In the 4-seater configuration, the second-row seats are arranged in a business class style with more premium amenities.
Providing power for the Lexus LM 350 is a 3.5L V6 gasoline engine, coded 2GR-FKS, producing a maximum power of 296 horsepower and 360 Nm of torque. This power is transmitted to the front wheels through an 8-speed automatic transmission, accelerating from 0 – 100 km/h in 8.3 seconds before reaching a top speed of 180 km/h.
Currently, the Lexus LM available in Vietnam is the first generation, launched in 2021. In May 2023, the new generation of the LM was officially introduced at the Shanghai Auto Show. It is known that the car will be officially sold in 60 countries worldwide.
It is expected that Lexus LM will be distributed in Vietnam in the form of completely built units imported from Japan.
Lexus NX SUV
The latest generation of the Lexus NX was launched in the Vietnamese market in April 2022, with two versions available: NX 350h and NX 350 F Sport, priced at 3.420 and 3.130 billion VND, respectively.
The car has a modern exterior with the characteristic features of the Lexus luxury brand, including the spindle-shaped grille and integrated LED daytime running lights.
Inside, the Lexus NX interior is designed with the driver in mind and is equipped with many premium features such as a 14-inch touchscreen infotainment display, a 7-inch MID, and a 10-inch HUD, wireless smartphone charging, 64-color Ambient Light interior lighting system, Lexus Premium Sound System with 10 speakers on the NX350 F-Sport and Mark Levinson Premium Surround Sound System with 17 speakers on the 350h.
In terms of powertrain, the Lexus NX 350h uses a plug-in hybrid powertrain, consisting of a 2.5L 4-cylinder gasoline engine and an electric motor, with a total output of 240 horsepower and FWD or AWD drivetrain. This version has an average fuel consumption of about 5 liters per 100 km.
On the other hand, the NX350 F-Sport is equipped with a turbocharged 2.4L engine producing 275 horsepower and 430 Nm of torque, combined with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The car can reach a top speed of 204 km/h.
The F-Sport version is equipped with an active noise reduction system, engine sound enhancement system, adaptive variable suspension system AVS, front and rear stabilizer bars. The 350h version uses a MacPherson front strut suspension and a double wishbone rear suspension.
In Vietnam, the Lexus NX also features the premium Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 with additional features such as pedestrian and bicycle detection, intelligent cruise control, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, and intelligent headlights. The luxury SUV also has additional safety features such as parking brake assist, blind-spot warning, rear collision warning, and tire pressure monitoring. The NX350h version has a panoramic view camera, while the NX350 F-Sport is equipped with downhill assist control.
Lexus RX SUV

The latest generation of the Lexus RX was launched in the Vietnamese market in February 2023. The car is available in 4 versions: RX 350 Premium, RX 350 Luxury, RX 350 F SPORT, and RX 500h F SPORT Performance, with prices ranging from 3.430 to 4.940 billion VND.
The Lexus RX 2023 has a completely new design, added technology, and an optional plug-in hybrid engine. Compared to the previous generation, the Lexus RX 2023 has overall larger dimensions, with a 60 mm longer wheelbase.
The exterior of the Lexus RX 2023 features a low-set grille with a unique “F mesh” design, while the standard version has horizontal bars.
Inside, the Lexus RX 2023 has a tech-focused cabin with highlights including the new-generation Lexus Interface infotainment system, with a crisp 9.8-inch touch screen on the standard version or a 14-inch screen on the higher-end versions.
This screen supports cloud-based navigation, virtual assistant, and software updates via WiFi.
In terms of engine, the Lexus RX 350 models are equipped with a new 2.4L 4-cylinder turbocharged engine with a maximum output of 275 horsepower and 429 Nm of torque, combined with an 8-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive.
On the other hand, the RX 500h F Sport uses a hybrid powertrain, with a 2.4L I4 engine combined with an electric motor for a total output of 367 horsepower and 550 Nm of torque, accompanied by a 4-wheel drive system DIRECT4. This high-end version can have rear-wheel steering and high-performance brakes.
In terms of safety equipment, the new RX is equipped with the Lexus Safety System+ 3.0, which includes active braking assistance, pedestrian and motorcycle detection, intersection collision avoidance assistance, lane support, adaptive headlights, electric door locks, entry/exit warning, and electronic key for easy smartphone-based vehicle sharing.
Lexus GX SUV
In the Vietnamese market, the Lexus GX is only available in one version, the GX 460, priced at 5.970 billion VND.
The Lexus GX 460 has a distinctive square shape, characterized by a rugged and off-road SUV.
Inside the cabin, the car is equipped with modern amenities such as a large 10.3-inch touchscreen compatible with smartphones, a high-end 17-speaker audio system, 2 rear entertainment screens, a 3-zone automatic climate control system, and a sunroof.
The power of the Lexus GX 460 comes from a 4.6L V8 gasoline engine with a maximum power of 292 horsepower at 5500 rpm and a peak torque of 438 Nm at 3500 rpm.
The engine is combined with a 6-speed automatic transmission and a full-time 4-wheel drive system, allowing the GX 460 to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.3 seconds.
The Lexus GX460 comes with the Lexus Safety System+ package with a range of driving support features such as active cruise control, automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, adaptive headlights, and active noise reduction.
In June 2023, the Lexus GX 2024 was officially introduced globally.
In just over 2 weeks after appearing on the market, this model has been pre-ordered by private dealers in Vietnam.
The expected price of the Lexus GX 2024 from the authorized dealer is 6.95 billion VND for the standard version and 7.4 billion VND for the highest-end version, with a promised delivery time of 4-6 months from the time of deposit.
Lexus LX SUV
In the Vietnamese market, the Lexus LX is distributed in 3 versions: LX 600 VIP, LX 600 Urban, and LX 600 F Sport, priced at 9.610, 8.500, and 8.750 billion VND respectively.
Of the 3 versions available from authorized dealers in Vietnam, only the VIP version has a 4-seat configuration with business class rear seats, while the Urban and F-Sport versions have a 7-seat configuration.
The exterior of the Lexus LX 600 F Sport can be distinguished from the standard version by the design of the front grille. Although it still features the familiar spindle-shaped design, this grille has a black “F mesh” graphic, while the standard version has horizontal bars.
The car is also equipped with 22-inch alloy wheels with a multi-spoke design and painted black for a more aggressive look. In the new generation, the F Sport version is also available in Ultra White paint.
Inside the Lexus LX 600 F Sport, there are sports leather seats with a red/black contrast, along with a 3-spoke steering wheel with an F-Sport logo, embossed perforated leather.
Other notable interior features of the Lexus LX include a digital instrument cluster with a pair of 7-inch and 12.3-inch displays in the center, a high-end Mark Levinson 25-speaker sound system.
The VIP version will have 2 business class seats in the rear, where the occupant only needs to press a button to move the front seat forward slightly while reclining and lowering the headrest to create legroom up to 110 cm. All 3 versions of the Lexus LX are equipped with a completely new dual-turbocharged 3.5L V6 engine with a maximum power of 409 horsepower and 649 Nm of torque. The car has 6 driving modes: Normal, ECO, Comfort, Sport S, Sport S+, Customize.
Lexus IS sedan
The Lexus IS is officially distributed in Vietnam with two versions: IS 300 F Sport and IS 300h F Sport, priced at 2.790 and 3.130 billion VND respectively.
The IS is the first sports sedan developed by Lexus at the Shimoyama Technical Center (Japan), since 2019. The engineers have improved the body stiffness and adaptive suspension system. The wheels and tires are larger, while the overall weight of the wheels and suspension system is reduced.
The car stands out with its distinctive and modern design while still preserving the unique features of the Lexus brand.
To offer new and unique experiences for users, the Lexus IS is equipped with modern amenities such as a leather-wrapped steering wheel with integrated function buttons, an 8-inch touchscreen display with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, Amazon Alexa, a 3-inch LCD screen behind the steering wheel, remote control with integrated audio, and more.
The Lexus IS 300 F Sport is powered by a turbocharged 2.0L I4 engine producing 241 horsepower at 5800 rpm and 350 Nm of torque at 1650 – 4400 rpm.
On the other hand, the IS 300h F Sport is equipped with a hybrid engine, a 2.5L I4 engine combined with an electric motor, for a total output of 220 horsepower. The car uses a CVT transmission combined with rear-wheel drive and has 4 driving modes.
Lexus ES sedan
The Lexus ES is distributed in Vietnam with 3 versions: ES 250, ES 300h, and ES 250 F Sport, priced at 2.620, 3.140, and 2.710 billion VND respectively.
The Lexus ES has a luxurious and modern exterior design with a large spindle-shaped grille, vertical L-themed inner grille design, creating a sharp design. On both sides are full LED headlights, each with 3 LED Projector main lights, integrated high-speed Blade Scan technology, automatically expanding the beam angle when turning, and automatically adjusting the light based on the surrounding conditions.
Inside, the Lexus ES has a tech-focused cabin with highlights including a 12.3-inch touch screen integrated in the center dashboard. This screen is accompanied by Apple CarPlay & Android Auto connectivity, Bluetooth, USB, AUX, Radio, DVD player.
The car is equipped with a 3-zone automatic climate control system with independent controls, seat heating, ventilation, automatic heating of the steering wheel. This system has integrated vents on both rows of seats and uses IR matrix beam sensors to provide optimal air and temperature for each passenger.
The Lexus ES 250 versions are equipped with a 2.5L gasoline engine with a maximum output of 204 horsepower at 6000 rpm. The engine is combined with a front-wheel drive system and an 8-speed automatic transmission.
On the other hand, the ES 300h version is equipped with a hybrid powertrain, which is a combination of a 2.5L V6 gasoline engine and an electric motor, for a total output of 214 horsepower and 300 Nm of torque. The car uses an advanced eCVT automatic transmission with the ability to predict the driver’s needs by monitoring driving habits with the accelerator and brake on different roads.
Lexus LS sedan
In the Vietnamese market, the Lexus LS is distributed in two versions: LS 500 and LS 500h, priced at 7.650 and 8.360 billion VND respectively.
The main highlight of the Lexus LS is still the distinctive spindle-shaped grille. However, on the Lexus LS model, the front of the car has been adjusted to create a more angular design for the grille.
Inside, the Lexus LS offers a luxurious and sophisticated driving compartment with a wide range of modern features. The highlight in the interior of the Lexus LS is the 12.3-inch touchscreen located in the center of the dashboard. It is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive.
On the other hand, the LS 500h version is equipped with a hybrid powertrain, a 3.5L V6 engine combined with a V6 gasoline engine and an electric motor for a total output of 354 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque at 5100 rpm. It is paired with a 10-speed Multi Stage HV automatic transmission for faster acceleration.
