Amidst the Lunar New Year promotions and discounts from various car brands, THACO has made some quiet price adjustments for certain Mazda models, including the Mazda2, CX-3, and CX-30.

The Mazda2 Sedan now has a price of 420 million VND for the 1.5L AT version, 504 million VND for the 1.5L Luxury version, and 524 million VND for the 1.5L Premium version. The Mazda2 Sport is priced at 517 million VND for the 1.5L Luxury version and 562 million VND for the 1.5L Premium version. Both versions of the Mazda2 have increased in price by 10 million VND compared to the end of 2023.

Similar to the Mazda2, all versions of the Mazda3 CX-3 have increased in price by 10 million VND.

Similarly, the Mazda CX-30 has seen a 10 million VND price adjustment, with the new prices being 699 million VND for the 2.0L Luxury version and 739 million VND for the 2.0L Premium version.

These price adjustments mark the second change in prices for Mazda models in the past month. In the previous adjustment, the Mazda2 Sedan had a 5 million VND price reduction, while the Mazda2 Sport saw a price increase of 28-33 million VND for the two versions. The price increase for the Mazda CX-3 was 8-10 million VND, and for the Mazda CX-30, it was 25 million VND for both versions.

Despite the price increases, the Mazda2, CX-3, and CX-30 models continue to offer competitive prices in their respective segments. Additionally, these Mazda models are known for their attractive exterior designs that appeal to a wide range of customers.

In the first 11 months of 2023, Mazda sold a total of 3,495 Mazda2 cars in Vietnam, positioning it as the 5th best-selling B-segment sedan, following Hyundai Accent, Toyota Vios, Honda City, and Mitsubishi Attrage. The Mazda CX-3 and CX-30 have sold 1,294 and 1,521 units respectively, placing them at the lower end of the B-segment SUV category.

The Mazda2 Sedan underwent an upgrade in mid-2023, incorporating new design details such as grille, front bumper, and new alloy wheels. Depending on the version, the car is equipped with 15-inch or 16-inch wheels.

The upgraded Mazda2 Sedan retains the same equipment as before, including the 1.5L Skyactiv-G 4-cylinder gasoline engine with 110 horsepower and 144 Nm torque. The engine is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission.

The new Mazda CX-3 now offers an entry-level 1.5L AT version, which features basic amenities such as Halogen headlights, 18-inch alloy wheels, fabric seats, a 7-inch touchscreen central display, and a 6-speaker audio system, among others.
