As Ferrari’s flagship model, LaFerrari was first introduced at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show and quickly voted by the media as the “Holy Trinity” alongside the Porsche 918 Spyder and McLaren P1. The convertible version, Aperta, was launched 3 years later to celebrate the brand’s 70th anniversary. As an icon of the modern era, both LaFerrari and LaFerrari Aperta come with a considerable price tag. This is also reflected in the value of their replacement parts, which can be quite surprising.

Recently, the UK-based used car parts business Eurospares has provided information and prices for various accessories on the LaFerrari Aperta. The prices vary greatly, from a cushion ring priced at less than 1 USD to a monolithic carbon frame priced at over 1 million USD.

Specifically, the cushion ring for the rear compartment of the car costs 0.61 USD. On the other hand, the entire monolithic carbon frame of the LaFerrari Aperta is priced at 1,193,711 USD. With this amount of money, customers can buy 2 brand-new Ferrari SF90 Stradale cars or one-third of the resale value of LaFerraris on the market.

Other parts are also priced in detail. For example, the complete structure of the car’s 7-speed dual-clutch transmission system costs up to 106,249 USD, the auxiliary electric motor costs 13,255 USD, the Alcantara and carbon fiber-wrapped sports steering wheel costs 13,569 USD, the steering column costs 3,396 USD, the brake calipers cost from 4,767 – 5,222 USD depending on the color… Even the titanium screws used for the front compartment cost 59 USD. All these values are quoted excluding taxes and other fees.

These figures may not mean much to LaFerrari Aperta owners, as only 210 units were produced worldwide, and 500 units for the coupe version. However, replacing all the components with brand-new ones when the car encounters a problem will be a headache for those who have accidents with this supercar or for insurance companies.

Similar to LaFerrari, the LaFerrari Aperta variant also shares a 6.3L V12 engine with a maximum power of 800 horsepower and a peak torque of 700 Nm. It is the first hybrid model of the brand, with HY-KERS technology that can provide instant support of up to 163 horsepower. This allows the LaFerrari Aperta to have a maximum power of 963 horsepower and a peak torque of 900 Nm.

According to Classic.com, the average resale price of a Ferrari LaFerrari is about 3.3 million USD, with the highest transaction reaching up to 5.4 million USD. Meanwhile, the LaFerrari Aperta is less available on trading floors and auctions. In 2022, a successful auction resulted in a price of 5.36 million USD.
