Toyota Thailand has officially confirmed that the Corolla Cross 2024 will be launched in this market on February 8. In addition, the company has also released a teaser video introducing the new exterior design of this crossover model.

The most notable upgrade on the Toyota Corolla Cross 2024 is the new headlight cluster design with LED daytime running lights in the form of horizontal bars, integrating the turn signal function. In addition, the car also features a new wheel design.

The interior of the Corolla Cross has also been upgraded with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster replacing the traditional analog gauges. The infotainment screen is 10.5 inches in size, with wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay connectivity. Additionally, the car is equipped with electronic parking brake with auto hold, USB-C charging ports, and panoramic sunroof.

In terms of the engine, according to information from Thailand’s Autolife magazine, the new Corolla Cross is likely to be equipped with a new 2.0L gasoline engine similar to the one in the Camry, replacing the 1.8L engine in the current version. The hybrid variant is also likely to be refined for power and fuel efficiency.

After its launch in Thailand, the Toyota Corolla Cross 2024 is likely to be introduced in the Vietnamese market soon. Currently, some dealers have announced that they are accepting deposits for the premium gasoline and hybrid variants, excluding the standard version.
