Volkswagen Tiguan in Vietnam receives up to 500 million VND discount during Tet holiday

The new Volkswagen Tiguan model has been launched in the Vietnamese market since the end of 2022. However, at the current time, the 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan models are still not sold out and are still in stock at dealerships. In order to clear the inventory, the dealerships are forced to run a promotion, offering a deep discount for this model.

Specifically, a dealership in Ho Chi Minh City is currently offering a 500 million VND discount for the old Volkswagen Tiguan. In Vietnam, this model has 2 versions, the Elegance and Luxury S, with the listed prices of 1.699 billion and 1.929 billion VND, respectively. The discounted prices at the dealership will make this German car more accessible to Vietnamese customers.

Volkswagen Tiguan is currently one of the models with the biggest discount in the Vietnamese market. Besides Volkswagen, there are also other car brands offering discounts of several hundred million VND, such as BMW, Volvo, and Subaru.

The 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan in Vietnam is an imported 7-seater SUV from Mexico. The car has dimensions of 4,701 x 1,839 x 1,674 mm (length x width x height), a wheelbase of 2,787 mm, and a ground clearance of 201 mm. In addition, the car has a luggage capacity of 1,775 liters when the rear seats are folded.

The Tiguan is designed in a simple and distinct Volkswagen style. The car features horizontal details both at the front and rear, giving it a spacious and prestigious look.

Inside the car, the 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan features ergoActive sports seats with 14-way adjustment, integrated heating/memory/massage function, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, an 8-inch touchscreen center display, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity, a Dynaudio 8-speaker sound system, 3-zone automatic climate control, electronic parking brake, temporary auto hold function, and a heads-up display (HUD).

The 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan is equipped with a 2.0L 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine, delivering a maximum power of 180 horsepower and a peak torque of 320 Nm. The engine is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and a 4MOTION all-wheel drive system. The car has 4 driving modes: Normal, Snow, Offroad, and Offroad Individual.

Finally, there are safety features including 6 airbags, electronic stability control, hill-start assist, parking distance control, adaptive cruise control, a 360-degree camera, automatic parking assist, and tire pressure warning.
